History

Established in 2009.

Katherine Metres, our president, established YES in 2009 in Chicago to enable everyone to get an edge for success with her help. In 2011, Katherine hired some of the world’s best writers and expanded from grant writing alone into resume writing, business writing, speech writing, and ghost writing.

At the end of 2012, Katherine moved corporate headquarters to the Washington, DC area in order to work with more nonprofits, especially on the international affairs and human rights issues about which she is most passionate. Her resume business took off in the more career-oriented area.

In 2014, Katherine’s first book as a ghost writer was published, and Katherine became a book scout for ABC-Clio. YES continues to add nonprofits, individuals, and businesses to its client roster on a weekly basis.
