Three stars for an average, no-problem Wendy’s that I’ve visited a few times over the years. Today, the burger and fries came out without much of a wait and were as good as any other Wendy’s. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff delivered as expected. Thanks.

The staff ignored me for a while, not even saying hi. The food I received was way overpriced for the pathetic excuse of a burger I received, if you can call it that. The burger was burned and the bun was mushy. The staff rushed me even though there was no one else in there. Definitely have better places to spend my paycheck.

This is probably the cleanest fast food restaurant that I’ve been. Food was hot when it came out.

Wendy’s originates from Columbus, OH, opened first by Dave Thomas back in ’69. The menu offers cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, salads, a ‘Right Price Right Size’ value items, fries, sides, beverages, Frostys, and kid meals. I am a huge fan of their Spicy Chicken Sandwich(as it has a nice kick, a crispy batter exterior, juicy meat, and topped with mayo, lettuce, and slices of tomatoes). I’m also a fan of their Son of Baconator(a total bacon and cheese lover’s dream — this has two beef patties, topped with 4 strips of applewood smoked bacon, mayo, ketchup, and double slices of cheese; it is pretty beefy, cheesy, and bacon-y, and definitely less underwhelming than it’s monstrous father, the Baconator). The fries are pretty okay, as well as the Chicken Nuggets; if you’re going for a semi-healthy route, the Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad is pretty tasty, as it literally has the Spicy Chicken patty from the sandwich, just diced up, set on top of romaine, shaved Asiago cheese, and a packet of Marzetti’s Lemon Garlic Caesar dressing. The hubs usually goes for their Rich & Meaty Chili and the Sour Cream & Chive Baked Potato. I am currently a huge fan of their Blueberry Pineapple Fruitea Chiller — a combination of freshly-brewed organic tropical green tea, blueberry purée, pineapple, and pomegranate juice, this is really tasty and refreshing! To end it all, you can enjoy their Frosty(comes in chocolate or vanilla, but you can also do a twist). The staff here can be a hit-or-miss, but just make sure you press them(hardcore) to make your items FRESH — it makes a world of a difference: D I suggest ordering in-person, as you can really push them for the fresh items! +Spicy Chicken Sandwich +Son of B aconator +Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad +Blueberry Pineapple Fruitea Chiller +ask for your sandwiches to be made FRESH/off-the-fryer!!! +order in-person

Wendy’s is delicious, but this restaurant isn’t very good. There’s no love in the way they prepare their meals.

It’s painful seeing some of these other reviews because I’ve always had a great experience at this one. I work for a small company and literally almost hired the guy behind the counter on the spot. He was asking customers if they wanted to donate $ 1 for St. Judes and in return get a small frosty each time you guy for a year. That guy could have sold me anything. He was amazing. The service could not have been any better. There were quite a few people in line and each person seemed very pleased with the fast friendly service! The food was amazing. I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and it was like the one you see in pictures. It was beautiful and just the way I ordered it(no Mayo). At the end of my meal, someone even came and picked up my tray. Great job, Wendy’s!

First: This was the greasiest burger ever ate in my history of eating Wendy’s burgers. Second: I almost immediately felt ill and continued to feel ill for two days following this awful meal… Maybe minor food poisoning? ? I’ll not be going back.

The service at night has always been horrible in both drive thru and dine in. No wonder it burned down not too long ago. It was probably an inside job in my opinion!

I went here tonight and the service was terrible. The food was cold; the cashier was rude and discriminatory. This is a terrible Wendy’s.

Service at the drive-thru was fast and polite. My fries were hot and fresh. I got a chicken club sandwich, it was hot and yummy. All toppings were fresh, the bacon was even crispy. I’ll come back!

This Wendy’s is conveniently located between my apartment and the NOVA Alexandria campus, so I stop here a lot. I recently had a pretty bad experience here, I was on my way to school to take a mid-term and thought that it would be a good idea to grab a bite to eat first. I went through the drive-through and ordered a #1 with cheese large size with a coke(normally I get root beer, but I needed caffeine). The first thing I tried were the fries, they were cold and gross. It’s not unusual to get cold fries at a fast food restaurant though. Next, I tried my burger. I knew it was going to be cold as soon as I unwrapped it because the cheese wasn’t at all melted. It was also cold and gross. Now I was kind of annoyed, but happy that I still had my giant cup of coke that was loaded with caffeine. Then, I tried the coke and it tasted like seltzer water. Yes, I got the trifecta of bad food from this Wendy’s. I actually went to the Wendy’s website and filed a complaint. No one contacted me within 48 hours like that site said, but someone did send me a nice apology letter and two coupons for a small #1. I was pretty happy, but when I returned things still didn’t get any better. The coupon said to mention it before ordering, so I did. The guy who I was speaking to at the drive through had no clue what a coupon was and I found my self trying to define the word ‘coupon’ over the drive through speaker box. When I paid with it, he wanted to know where and how I got the coupon and how if it was ‘easy’ to get. The latest time I went here was last night and I didn’t have any coupons left so I paid for it. The wait in the drive through line was unacceptably long. They gave me the wrong order and were pretty rude to me about it when I told them. At this point, I’ve had so many bad experiences at this Wendy’s that I don’t want to ever go back. I probably will go back at some point though because its so convenient for me. There was no improvement in quality after I filed the complaint and most of all, I’m tired of trying to talk to the cashiers over the drive through speaker. They have heavy foreign accents and they always have a difficult time understanding my American english here.
