Established in 2013.

The owner had been working as a pet groomer for 7 years when she decided to open her own mobile pet grooming salon and boutique. Realizing how busy people are, she decided to bring her pet grooming services to their clients. It is so convenient and hassle free.

A pet owner herself, she is happy to be able to offer pet grooming and spa services that are so convenient and anxiety free. She is happy to offer therapeutic spa services that are all natural and show quality. As the demand grew she decided to open a storefront salon in Old Town Alexandria in 2014. It is not a typical grooming shop but a salon and boutique with many unique merchandise. At her shop in Old Town she offers pet photography, pet taxi, all natural grain free and organic treats, unique pet products and gifts.

Guzal was raised in Easten Europe and very excited to bring European chic to the USA. She has been grooming for 7 years now. Guzal is always looking for something new and unique to bring to her clients. She has a dog and a cat. They are her kids and yes, they are very spoiled.

VIP has been our chosen groomer for over the past year now, but I do have one pretty big concern about their mobile service. we live in a military base and they are not able to come on the base to do the grooming. We have to drive 30 min. To the shop, which is too far just for a grooming. This defeats the purpose of having a mobile grooming option, if you are unable to service your customers. Other than that, we love the service that VIP provides

We started off a few years back taking my dog Cujo for grooming at a place in McLean. I loved the job they did but they closed so early. It was hard for me to get out of work to pick him up. So I decided to look around for a mobile groomer. To my surprise my favorite groomer Guzal opened her own salon in Alexandria that offers mobile grooming as well. She came to my house and Cujo looked fabulous. Lately we’ve been seeing Toy. She’s an amazing, talented groomer as well. I won’t take my pets anywhere else.

I wish I could give VIP Mobile Pet Grooming & Nicki more stars! I have used VIP Mobile a few times and it never disappoints. Nicki is amazing, like superstar amazing, she is always on time, always very consistent and not to mention my 2 Fur Babies LOVE her. She is so good to them, she treats them as if they were her own. I have a Min Pin and she has a tough personality and yet SHE LOVES Nicki! Highly Recommend. Great Pricing and incredibly convenient.

This is the second time I have used the mobile grooming services and I can now confirm that they are the best!!! My pups come out looking so adorable that I don’t want to put them down.
I love how my dogs don’t wait all day at the groomer which sometimes means they sit in a kennel all day! Both groomers I had were timely, very loving toward my dogs, and took the time to provide a great cut as opposed to others which were so quick to skin my dogs since they get matted so easily.

Very impressed with this place! Took my little yorkie here for the first time last week. I was amazed by how easy it was to get an appointment. The ladies working here are absolutely lovely and did such a great job with my dog. I love bringing my dog to a grooming place where the people working there seem to genuinely care about the dogs. Another bonus-​my dog was «in and out» in about 3 hours! my previous groomer kept my dog all day long which I thought was ridiculous. I left with my dog expertly groomed and he was wearing the most adorable tie too! Will definitely be back!

We took our 2 small dogs a few weeks ago and they got the best cuts they’ve ever had. I didn’t give 5 stars only bc I haven’t seen the store as my husband did the drop off and pick up… however he said everything was nice. I will change to 5 stars if I have another great experience next time. We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this place! If you want to pamper your pet look no further. From facials and pedicures (yes – there is special nail polish for your pet), to mobile grooming and taxi service, VIP has it all!
I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to get my yorkie groomed. VIP Pets is right around the corner and has great Unilocal reviews. I sent an email requesting pricing since I didn’t see any listings on the website, and I also asked about the Unilocal offer ($ 20 for grooming). The owner, Guzal, responded and said she had never heard of such an offer, and that it was a mistake generated by Unilocal.However, she said they will honor the offer at the salon because it is the right thing to do! That’s great business!
Making an appointment online was easy, and I received confirmation right away. When I showed up for the appointment (on time) the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I waited 15 minutes until Guzal pulled up. She apologized; bad traffic.
Guzal was very helpful in trying to make my nervous yorkie feel comfortable. She did a great job grooming him, finished his look with an adorable tie, and even gave him a dog-​friendly fortune cookie for the road! All around great customer service.

We had a wonderful experience at VIP Pet Salon! The groomer was friendly and warm to our dog and did a beautiful job with his haircut, nails, and teeth. Guzal is clearly an expert. Moreover, the salon is clean and neat and the prices were reasonable. We will return and we highly encourage you to try them too!

I have been seeking a mobile pet groomer ever since we moved to Occoquan. I missed the right-​to-​your-​door service for my less than well-​socialized senior citizen pooch, and now we also have a boundless-​energy puppy who could use a good nail trim. It must have been kismet when I stopped in at the post office to get the mail and saw a van with VIP Pet emblazoned across the door. I hopped in my car and drove up the hill and soon as I walked in the door, I gave them a call.
Guzal was very nice and professional on the phone, and she gave me a discount for the first time service.
On the day of our service, she was prompt, friendly, and handled my pups well; they came back inside much neater than when they went out to her van.
The pricing is reasonable for the services provided and I recommend them. I especially liked the fact that her van fits with no problem in my parking space outside my townhouse and did not block the street (a problem I had occasionally with my previous provider when I was living in Ashburn as they had a trailer rather than a converted van.)
If you’re looking for a mobile groomer that covers the northern Prince William and eastern Fairfax counties, definitely give Guzal a call before she’s completely booked. :)
