The Settlement Group team in Alexandria VA is terrific! I am a Realtor in Alexandria VA and I advise all of my clients to use them for their title and escrow services. They are very thorough and pay very close attention to details. If there is every an issue with a title or survey, they always find it and take care of it appropriately and quickly.
Their rates are very reasonable, especially since their service is a step above other title companies in the area. Be sure to do your homework when choosing a title company. I have had to work with several who simply do not cross every T and dot every I (especially dealing with foreclosures), and that can get YOU into trouble in the future.
You can certainly hire the Settlement Group with confidence knowing that your transaction will be handled properly.
