Here at Happy Tart we believe that gluten free and delicious belong in the same category. We have lovingly transformed Classic French Pastries into gluten free versions. All of our creations are made from scratch, in a gluten free kitchen, using eggs, butter, cream, premium chocolate, fruit, and unique blends of 100% gluten free flours. Imagine, delicate crisp cookies with a creamy filling, luscious layered mousse cakes, lofty meringues, dense fudgy brownies with an irresistible ganache glaze, and smooth custards nestled in a flaky, buttery, tart shell.

«When life gives you lemons, make lemon curd», perhaps I misquoted a tad, however, that is the philosophy behind The Happy Tart. I discovered I was gluten intolerant while attending the Professional Pastry Arts program at L’Academie de Cuisine. Instead of dropping out I was determined to discover a way to make French Pastries and Cakes Gluten Free.
I spent a year researching and baking and tasting and researching again, to come up with gluten free French pastries and Cakes. My staff uses French baking techniques to make the best tasting and most beautiful pastries and cakes.
We provide wedding cakes, grooms cakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes, bread, tarts, pies, pastries, cookies, parisian macarons, and petit fours.

Laura loves fairy tales, dragons, and good laughs. She is an aspiring author, and may include Happy Tart favorite customers in a book one day — so be nice to her! Her favorite sweets are the Lime Curd Tart, Gerbet Macarons and anything pumpkin, but has not turned anything down yet! — and thinks the best part of the job is the taste testing!
