Very happy with Stan’s service! He responded to my inquiry, and was confirmed for a booking the following weekend. Our carpets look great! We cleaned 3 flights of stairs and two bedrooms. Nice guy, would highly recommend, and will surely be using his services again.

Very, very satisfied with our freshly cleaned carpets! Stan was very helpful and thorough with answering all my questions from my initial phone call. We have lived in our condo for almost two years and have a dog, so a professional carpet cleaning was long overdue.
Nick called me before he arrived, arrived on time, and was professional and did a fantastic job. He was up front regarding expectations for the cleaning and said the carpets would look significantly better but not brand new. To me, the carpets looked brand new! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Stan is great! I was happy with the cleaning and the service. Stan was honest, up front, quick and reliable. He uses a portable hot water extraction device and not the truck mount steamer. My only wish is that he would have moved furniture to get underneath like some of the other companies do.

A different carpet cleaning company was a no show on a Saturday morning. We were in a time crunch because we needed to have the room ready for a new roommate was moving in on Monday. Stan came and did a fantastic job on Sunday morning (within a day’s notice). He was prompt, professional, and polite. Stan was honest about giving his professional opinion about which areas needed deep cleaning (more expensive) and which areas were fine with steam cleaning. Our living room, stairs, and bedroom looked great! I would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding! Great prices, honest, and timely. This guy came to the U.S. four years ago and went to work cleaning carpets. Last year, he struck out on his own. This business is HIS and he does most of his own work. He did an excellent job for us — I’d go back to him in a heartbeat if we weren’t moving out of the area. I needed to get my apartment carpet cleaned before moving out. I did some research on Unilocal and got an estimate from SV Carpet Cleaning, LLC. The owner answered the phone. The estimate was very reasonable, and he worked around my schedule. He showed up on time, was very polite, and did a great job. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Needing to get the carpet’s cleaned, I did a fair amount of research online to see who was the best value (price/​service) in the Alexandria area, and decided on SV Carpet Cleaning.
Two of their staff showed up on time and worked their butts off in the hot summer weather to get the rugs cleaned. In fact, they were even willing to schedule some more time to come back to follow up on a previous issue on our stairs. Would recommend, and also suggest try to chill up a few sodas for the guys as a courtesy since they work to hard.

Nice job! I called SV Carpet Cleaning on Monday; Stan was at my house Tuesday morning. He showed up on time and was very professional. For $ 54, my stairs and hallway look much, much better after a leak and collapsed ceiling left dust and stains everywhere. Rates are reasonable.
Note that SV only accepts cash or credit cards, and credit cards have a 4% surcharge.

Completely Honest and Fair with me from the beginning! Upon arrival he gave assessed my carpet and told me upfront he wasn’t sure if the deeper pet urine stains would come out but he would make them better at least! My carpet looks, smells and feels 10xs better! and it was done in under an hour I am so impressed! So glad I held out to get this done by such a fair company! Price was perfect as well!

This service was excellent and the carpets looked beautiful. SV was able to get stains that had been in the apartment floor for more than a year. They were also great when it came to pricing. We talked through the various deals that were running and figured out that Groupon would actually be more expensive. Thank you SV! I’d definitely use them again.

This business is awesome! The owner, Stan, is a super friendly and efficient guy who came over on short notice to clean some carpeting and area rugs. He charged a great rate and got the job done quickly; he was punctual and went over some options to sort out the issues on the carpeting while taking into account what was best for stains vs. color of carpet. I was very satisfied and the carpets looks amazing!

I contacted SV carpeting to clean the carpets before I handed over my rental townhome. I put in the wrong date in the scheduling system on their website; when I called Stan the day I though I had scheduled, he pointed out the error but said that he could fit me in a couple of hour later. He showed up as promised (mind you, it was like a 2 hour notice!), and then my keys wont work. It was pretty embarrassing, but Stan was understanding and asked me to reschedule at my convenience, which I did. When I finally had this cleaning done, he explained that high traffic areas that are more soiled than others could benefit from deep cleaning and he demonstrated how it works. He did not push for it at all. In general, the cleaning went very well. He finished the job in 1 hour (that there were no furniture, probably sped up the process). I had a Groupon voucher of $ 54 for 3 rooms, and had to do one additional space plus the steps. Overall for $ 130 or so, the cleaning was well worth it.
I would recommend this service to others.

Stan was excellent and courteous when scheduling and did a great job on our carpets. He actually came to the house on his own which was a nice change of pace from some of the other service owners we have worked with.
