I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is the only one I feel the need to write a review about. The have a horrible system at this location. I’m not sure what the issues are, but they take forever to make a drink, they often seem stressed and anxious. It’s really not a pleasurable experience to visit this location. I called once, to ask a question and the person that answered the phone, literally went «Ugh» then proceeded to answer my question. I really hate visiting this location.

Irritated that this store is not yet open at 7:15 on a Monday morning. Probably the last time I will stop there. At 3 of the last 4 stops, they didn’t have any dark roast coffee brewed.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. There is NEVER a wait and it’s close to Shoppers which is nice and two doors down from Apple Federal Credit Union which is convenient for me.
Starbucks drinks are Starbucks drinks. They’re pricey and delicious and I love them! The staff is very kind and friendly which is what set this one apart from others.

Excellent Customer Service, All the Starbucks Partners working there were very helpful and went out of their way to serve. I made a purchase of a lot of the New Mugs, they were packed well in the bag and they had the proper bags/​supplies to go with them. I have purchased items at other locations, where they had no bags nor tissue paper. Thank you so much! I will be back again.

My husband and I go to this Starbucks a lot when we are in the Plaza. Great food and drinks for not bad prices. The baristas are always quick. We have had one of our orders messed up but they fixed it for us. That’s not a huge deal. It can be busy or can be slow. Any Starbucks it depends on what time you get there. Morning and lunch I find the busiest. If you are patient then it won’t bug you. But if you are not patient when it’s busy then BE PATIENT. It’s a Starbucks.
If you haven’t checked this place out… go there and enjoy. Great people and like I said great food and drinks.

I visited this location on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all. Yet the girl who took my order was crazy slow and took forever just to take the order. She had to keep asking me to repeat myself and had to go ask another employee what tea the store carried. Then she took her time brewing the tea… I didn’t get it for almost 10 minutes.
It was filthy too. I couldn’t find a clean table though the baristas were just sitting around talking. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in at least a week. Definitely never returning to this location.

I guess I caught this location at an off time. One person in line but the cashier must not like their job. Seems like I am pulling hens’ teeth to get them to respond to my order.
Plenty of parking and visible within shopping center. Pretty clean.

I have never been able to walk up to the counter here without standing in line. Now that could be bad if it was a staffing issue, but it’s not– they just do a ton of business. The baristas here are friendlier than other Starbucks I’ve been to. There is good seating in the back, or outside if the weather allows.

Not too much specific to say about this location and that is a good thing. Closest to my house with enough parking and never too long of a wait. Always fresh pastries and the drinks have been consistent every time.

The baristas here did not pay attention to my friend’s order. She ordered a tall frapp and they had ready a vente one sitting on the counter. We kept waiting and waiting and then realized the tall was not coming, so she grabbed the vente. It wasn’t even that crowded in there at that time. Focus is everything.

I am a regular at Starbucks. I have visited many of the Starbucks in the Washington, DC metro area. It is why I was taken aback with my experience at this location on January 2, 2013. I was surprised to see a line of people when I entered the location during non peak hours. The line moved the pace of molasses although 3 people were working. After I placed my order, I waited for 10 minutes for my drink which, when it was finally placed on the bar was lukewarm. I was even more displeased with my experience when I heard the Barista and other employee gossiping about people (while 3 people were waiting for their drinks). The business was fully staffed and lacked some of the fine qualities of the Starbucks experience. I would travel further down Route 1 to look for a coffee shop instead, of using this one.

Starbucks! Great iced double Americana! Often very busy and sometimes a little dirty after a rush. Parking tough at times. Staff is okay. One of the better Starbucks in NOVA.
