I bring them my dirty clothes, they give me back my clean clothes. They’re timely and never damage my stuff. That’s about all I ask of a dry cleaners. My only complaint would be that they ask you when you want your clothes done and, if you ask for a date/time too soon, they tack on an extra fee without telling you. Otherwise, they are fine.

Avoid this place or go there only if there is nothing else available in the area. Don’t bring them nice stuff because they don’t know how to deal with delicate clothing. After they damage it, they’ll say that, of course, it was already damaged before, won’t give you your money back and say it’s the first complaint they ever had. Pay more and go to Parkway cleaners in Chevy Chase where they know how to do a great job.

They have shrunk several items and recently damaged my husband’s shirt with two holes and completely faded my skort. And of course, denied it. In the past, they blamed it on the manufacturer, but they have cleaned my skort 3 or 4 times without a problem, then this time, ruined it! I gave them the benefit of the doubt in the past, but this time, there is no doubt, THEY caused the damage. I buy very nice, expensive clothes and recently, they have come out looking like I bought them at Wal Mart. Don’t take your clothes here or you will regret it, like me!
