My wife and I purchased a Mercedes M350 from Select auto. Brian Villanueva was our Guardian angel, yes, he was. Brian made the experience memorable, he was patient, was a great host, din’t force the issue at all.
I am in the market now for another car, Guess where I’m going? yup! to see Brian.

I just purchased my Audi Q7 from Hassan (excellent person) at Select Auto. This was my second purchase with them. No pressure to buy. Can say enough about the customer service (5 plus stars). From top to bottom, class act. Robert (sales manager) fixed a few minor issues I had with the vehicle with no questions asked. They have always stepped up to the plate to make me feel good about my purchase (s). Give them a look, you will be surprised. Gregg

I have very hesitant about purchasing a high end vehicle from just anyone; I researched the dealership online and only found great reviews and they deserve this one! I initially wanted a porshe Cayenne S; I had the best salesman Yamin who was so knowledgeable and knew his cars and had me test drive an BMW X5 M I fell right in love with the vehicle, the car was super clean and was a bargain compared to Car Max who was 10k higher; they offered and I purchased the extended warranty; and they can also service it there; the whole team is great, Robert the Sales Manager, answered all my questions, even the owner came over to greet me, and Deborah the finance lady was a fast efficient very personable and just knew her stuff, the process was done in around an hour! Two thumbs Up!
Update: I did bring my vehicle into a BMW dealership for a free service evaluation there was a few issues: I did contact Select Auto Imports, they instructed me not to spend a dime and to bring it back in, I brought it back and met with the Owner Mike of Select Auto Imports, he was a pure gentleman; I can see why his dealership is thriving, he personally brought the car to his shop and had his expert technician go over the few items of concern and he directed his staff to order the needed parts and even offered to have the vehicle pick up and dropped off, the level of detail and customer service is rare, I am very impressed, and happy to have purchased from such a good company.

I have bought 3 cars from Select Auto Imports and let me tell you. The last one was a beauty I guess that was the reason someone stole. However, none the less. I would like to say that is one hell of a group of sales personnel. From start to finish all three of my buying experiences at Select were flawless, to include Deborah Debarr in finance. She is so wonderful just love her. Also my Sales consultant (all three times) Hassan Bouyboud, man he is absolutely amazing to work it. I mean he guided me through all three buying process with seamless execution. The customer service, attention to detail, and ease of buying at Select Auto really floors me every time and I left feeling great about all three purchases I made. Hassan Bouyboud and owner Mr Haji Mohammed of Select Auto Imports provided nothing but top notch A-​1 customer service to me. I highly recommend them for your next car buying experience. That again is one hell of a group of sales consultants.

Overall, I’d rate my experience with Select Auto Imports as 5 stars. I contacted the dealership through USAA’s car buying service and received a quick response from Hassan. He was very amicable and accommodating when scheduling a test drive. While at the dealership, he was responsive to questions and proactive. After I bought the car, he was very responsive and made sure everything was completed for my vehicle registration, the tags were sent to my house, and USAA received all the paperwork they needed (5 Stars!). Deborah, the finance director, however was officious, had a comment on everything, and made the paperwork session irritating. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, the temporary tag paperwork was incorrect and I waited about an hour for them to try to fix it. At this point I still would have rounded up to 5 stars, however, after driving away I realized they only left me ¹⁄₃ of a tank of gas. Maybe I was expecting too much… but I just bought a $ 50K car, and a full tank of gas would have been a nice gesture for doing business with them. After Robert (the sales manager) read my initial review he admitted that they had made a few mistakes and wanted to make it up, so he provided a car detailing from his team (+1 star).
So overall I would highly recommend Select Auto Imports. They try to present the best customer service, care about the needs of the customer, and are responsive when things don’t go according to plan.
Also, this was my first time buying a luxury car. The experience was low pressure, they had exactly what I was looking for, and the prices were competitive.

Love Love Select Auto. The staff was great and made my buying experience very memorable. I bought my very first (white) BMW 550i a few years ago when that color was very rare to see on the road. It is 2014 and I am still loving this car. I get lots and lots of compliments on it. I am definitely coming back here when it is time for an upgrade/​or change. Keep up the great work Select!

Although I did not end up buying a car from Select Auto Imports, I feel compelled to write a review because of their excellent customer service. I was in the market for a very specific 2012 BMW. Robert and Marlon went above and beyond trying to get me the exact car that I wanted. I felt no pressure from the moment I met them on the lot. They never pushed me to walk out with a purchase and even let me look at exotic cars that I wasn’t planning on buying. I found a car that was in a different state and Robert asked for the VIN. He looked up the vehicle history for me before I made a far out trip and wasted my time and money. He even offered me the number for the shipping company his dealership uses if I wanted to buy from out of state. If I have to make a purchase for another car in the future, I will definitely check with Select Auto Imports first!

Marlon Bolanos and Select Auto Imports treated us like royalty when we came in on September the 7^th, 2013 to purchase our Maserati Quattroporte. From the moment we arrived, until the paperwork was complete, we felt that we were in competent, caring hands. It is also to their credit that they care so much about our military, and made sure to ask if my husband was a member of the Armed Forces (He is retired AF) because they have special programs if so. I have purchased many cars over the years, but will always consider Select Auto Imports first in the future. I highly recommend them

My husband and I were in the market for a 4 door sedan and we met with Robert and Naser about a BMW that we had seen on their website. Long story short, we ended up not getting a car through them, and it was only b/​c we had to lease a new car for business reasons. But hands down, Naser & Robert were such great people to work with. Never were they pushy or aggressive and it made it so hard NOT to buy a car from them. We highly recommend Select Auto Imports to anybody that wants to a great car, great deal, and outstanding customer service!

Since I was in the market for a BMW, I was a little hesitant about buying from a 3^rd party vendor and not buying straight from BMW itself. However, it was a Sunday, none of the BMW dealerships appeared to be open and it was the first time in weeks I actually had the time to go test drive. A friend suggested we try Select Auto, since they are open on Sunday and have a huge selection of luxury autos and I figured, Id give it a try.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Naser. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few cars in our price range and we took them out for a test drives. Naser was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and was extremely polite, never not once pushy. My husband and I fell in love with one of the cars, a BMW 328 2012 and although it was a little out of my price range, I fell in love with it and HAD to have it. As I am not the type of girl to buy a car without doing my research, I put 1000 down on the car with my credit card, while they held the car for 24 hrs. In that 24 hrs I did a boatload of research and discovered that the car, with all the options, miles, etc was actually allot more at other dealers selling similar cars. I was surprised, I had always though that the mark ups on 3^rd party dealers were so high, but this did not seem to be the case. Since I’m a negotiator by nature, I was hoping to be able to negotiate a bit lower, and since my friend had bought from there before, Select offered to come down about 500 dollars. From my understanding however, there prices are typically pretty low and they don’t appear to negotiate allot, so I was very pleased that they did come down even if it was just a little.
Overall our experience at Select was awesome. Naser always followed up with us and answered all of our questions with ease. He was a pleasure to do business with. The customer service, attention to detail, and ease of buying at Select really floored us and I left feeling great about the purchase I made. So happy they were open on that Sunday, or else I probably would’ve never even considered them.

I bought my 2009 Jetta from this dealer ship, my sales man was Oscar, he was very nice and helpful and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend this dealer, they have all kinds of cars with the best prices of the area. I m so happy with my car, Oscar even gave me free warranty! Definitely I will come back to this place in the future to buy more cars!

I Visited Select Auto Import on Monday April 2, 2012. I first called and spoke with a salesperson named Michael. At first he was very pleasent, however after i told him i was just shopping around looking at X5 and Range Rovers and was undecided he acted like he didnt want anything to do with me unless I was ready to buy today. He wasnt gonna let me sit or test drive anything. What a Joke! How am I supposed to decide if I want to buy a car or suv or anything unless I test it out first. Needless to say I was very dissapointed with this guys attitude and I left pretty upset. I defintly do not reccomend this place. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have to say at first I was skeptical about purchasing from this dealer. I mean, what dealer ends a conversation by saying, «My pleasure»?? Right off the bat I thought theres no way they could really understand what genuine customer care was all about. Boy was I wrong! Naser is/​was an extreme professional, and his demeanor was very engaging and relaxed throughout the entire process. He was sincere, and took our concerns seriously… after all who goes out and buys a 50K car every day??? With that in mind, he had the SUV ready when we arrived, test drive was awesome, and the no hassle negotiation didn’t feel like a pressure cooker. We got what we wanted in terms of price and vehicle, but more importantly we felt like we’d partnered with an honest broker who really wanted more than just our money… he/​Select Auto wanted a relationship. We will most definitely buy here again, and enthusiastically recommend to everyone looking for quality, service, and honesty.
