Self Service Laundry and Wash and Fold Service. The Laundromat uses Card System so no more coins. Also get free 24 minutes of Drying with each wash. You can also pay almost any bill. Add minutes to your Pre-​Paid cell phone plan. We also sell cell phones and activate plans with Cricket, Simple Mobile, H20, Net10, Ultra Mobile and others. Check Cashing is also available. We have Lottery, games, etc. while you wait for your wash and/​or dry to finish.

History

Established in 2011.

This is a brand new laundromat with all new machines. We’ve made this a card Laundromat vs. your traditional coin laundromat. You don’t need any coins here except if you want to play some of the arcade games. We saw that there were lot of folks traveling far away to do their laundry from the Rose Hill /​Kingstowne /​Springfield area in Virginia and decided that this would be a great location for this business.

First time needing a laundromat since moving to the area. I looked on Unilocal for recommended places and that’s how I chose this one. Not at all what I was expecting. Very disappointed. I came here partly due to the information stating they took cards. Well, all of the machines that you use to get the «card» we’re out of order for cards! So, then had to go to the atm. Then no place to sit! One bench in the entire place!

My dryer went out and I hate laundromats. This place is extremely clean. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I’ll be returning if I ever need a comforter cleaned.

If you enjoy a good Laundromat environment, then you should definitely come by and use this place. They have plenty of washers and dryers for the average price of the usual Laundromat in the areas. The environment is pretty clean and the employees are definitely willing to help. The only knock I have is that you have to use the prepaid card machine in order to wash anything… Bye bye bag of quarters.
Here’s the best part: with every one washer that you use, you get a dryer FREE of charge! Yes. $FREE.99! A lady that was a frequent user of the place told me and I almost cried because it was the first time I had a laundromat with a free dryer. I’ll be back for sure!

It is nice inside but expensive in my opinion. I have laundry room at my place but i have luxury pillows and sheets that wont do well in there. I brought them here and the machine large enough for my pillows were $ 7.00 to wash.

When my washer broke down this place was a life saver. With 3 kids there was so much laundry. We brought some in and they did such a good job that we brought in everything. And I mean everything as in 200 pounds. Less than a day later it was all done but best of all they went through and sorted everything. Even the socks!!!

Clean, straightforward, easy. Loved that if something fell on the floor as I moved it from wash to dry I did not feel that it needed sanitizing. I felt the prices as they were staggered by drum size were just right for the different sizes of machines. There is always someone around to help if you need advice, and carts by the door to help transport items. Nice bright lighting, and easy swipe machines. I suggest bringing cash with you to load up the laundry card, as the ‘money adding’ machine just seems to take cash. And liquid detergent for the machine seems to be the simplest method.

I almost don’t want to write this review because I feel like I stumbled upon a super fantastic laundry/​household chores secret… I broguht a couple of loads of darks to this place for wash and fold. They have very reasonable rates AND they do an excellent job of making them smell clean and fresh. It’s a nice little luxury to have this place to help out when the laundry pile gets too big with my crappie HE/​might-​as-​well-​use-​a-​washboard-​instead washer. HA!
Thanks for the extra helping hand I need every now and then. :)

The price may seem expensive at first but the dry is free so it’s not too bad. The machines are top class so it’s really fast to dry and wash. Definitely come here next time to wash my blankets.

Let me start this review by saying that I am not a regular at laundromats, so I can’t compare this one to others. What I can say is it was very clean and all the machines are a nicely polished stainless steel, as promised on their website. They throw in free drying, up to a certain number of minutes depending on the dryer size that you choose. I’m taking away one star because their website says you can pay by credit card but when I was there the credit card part of their payment machine was taped up and labelled out of order. Glad I had cash on me.

the worst experience, the machines and the Customer service does not work, I wash my clothes and when I finish, Everything was dirty, When I protested, I was told that the machines are fine, otherwise people would not come, When I protested, they told me the machines are fine, otherwise people would not come, they did nothing about my problem. I came here today to get 6 bathroom rugs cleaned. These are the same rugs that I mentioned in my previous review. Their posted prices are $ 7 for first rug and $ 3.50 — $ 4.50 for additional rugs. They again tried to charge me $ 42 for these rugs, even though only one of them is big and the others are small. Once of them is only 2 square feet! I told them that they charged me $ 33 for them last time and they even checked in their computer and saw that I was right but still insisted they charge me $ 42. I told them I would not pay more than I paid last time for the same rugs and if they’re going to be dishonest and change their prices then I’ll take them someplace else.
The people who work here are very dishonest. They post prices but totally ignore them and charge you whatever they feel like charging. They look at you and charge what they think you’ll pay. Avoid at all costs!

Sears messed up my washer/​dryer delivery so I had to find somewhere to do my laundry in a hurry (I was expecting house guests). This place was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The wash ranged in the $ 3 – 4 range for a larger machine but there are no quarters involved (you purchase an reloadable card) and you receive 24 minutes of free drying time. Hoping to get my machines soon. In the meantime, I’m glad there’s somewhere clean, safe, and reliable where I can take care of my laundering needs.

Living in a small condo with the tiny stackable washer/​dryer combo made it very difficult to wash our comforters/​blankets. After a quick Unilocal search for laundromats that provide laundry services found me here! I dropped off two blankets (one fluffy twin sized comforter and one queen sized fuzzy blanket) on a Monday around 11:30am and was told they would be ready same day (for $ 1 additional charge) by 3pm! I swung by after an appointment and my comforters were cleaned, folded, and wrapped in plastic so they could be transferred still fresh-​from-​the-​laundry clean to my condo.
Total was under $ 30– Which I think is an excellent price considering they do it for you! FYI-​they only take cash for totals under $ 25. Easy process, just drop off and pick up, and I was very happy I could get it done the same day– in a few hours, no less! Staff was friendly, if not a bit short. Overall, I would definitely come here again– they wash pillows and rugs for you as well!

My dryer broke so I needed to go to a laundromat. I have like three within two miles of where I live but I drove to Rose Hill after reading wonderful reviews. I got there at 9am and by 11am, I was back in the car heading home. I did five loads of wash and put them all in two dryers. I think I spent $ 21. The place (including bathrooms) were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and walked me through each machine and programmed the machines for me. I was a bit disappointed that I could not connect to the wifi but time went by very quickly, it was only 24 minutes per wash. The only complaints I have is that all our clothes smell like bleach. I guess they clean their machines with it. I do not use any bleach products in my home so the smell did stick out. Also the tv was on so loud and I am not used to that. I hope my dryer gets fixed soon but I would not hesitate to go back to this place.

First thing was lost a dollar in the funky mag card charging system, and try as I could, they couldn’t understand what I was saying. TVs in Spanish and it’s tough there if you speak English. Expensive compared to other laundromats, only large capacity machines. Got my clothes clean.
Update: lost an extra $ 9.50 on the card, no refunds on adding money to the card ONLY good here.

This place is clean and efficient. I needed to have a large comforter laundered. They have a drop off service and I picked it up two days later, folded neatly and wrapped in plastic. The price was also affordable. Will definitely return when I have large items that won’t fit in my own machine.

Very clean! Seems like the attendants approach cleaning like painting the Golden Gate Bridge: start cleaning from the front, get to the back, and start over again. This place can get a little busy, but seems like there’s always room for a wash and a dry somewhere.
No need to bring a roll of quarters, just bring cash. Rose Hill Laundromat operates on a cash-​card basis, so load up your card with cash and you’re all set. (I think the card itself costs $ 1 or so). The cost per load seems more expensive to me than coin-​operated laundromats; for example, for me to do one load in the smallest machine (front-​loading), with hot water on the normal setting, it’s about $ 3.75…but for now, you get around 24 minutes free drying per load. (Might be more free minutes if you use a bigger machine, but I’m not 100% sure.)
At any rate, this place is convenient, clean, and has free wifi… I recommend it.
