I love this shop and I love Troy and Patrick. They have impeccable taste and their selection of merchandise is amazing. Their customer service is also excellent and they are extremely helpful and patient. I’ve made a number of purchases there over the years and have only brought back one item — a Christmas tree topper that was simply too large. While I didn’t get a refund, I did get store credit. However, I recently purchased some bed linens — very expensive bed linens — and they were not returnable for any reason. That gave me pause. It felt risky and uncomfortable to spend several thousands of dollars without the assurance that I could return them if the items weren’t as expected. Thank goodness Troy has such good design sense. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases and will definately be going back.

What a disappointment. .. we’ve shopped at Patrick’s for over a year. .. as rebecca h. wrote in her review, it’s a shop that is «stuffed to the rafters» with wonderful products. But hidden in all of the merchandise is a little known policy: all sales are final.
In my case, this meant that the lovely pajamas I bought for my wife for Xmas — that fell apart after two washes — were mine forever. Oh, Troy was happy to give us the web address of the vendor and he suggested we buy another set at 50% off. .. but no refund for the pair I got her for Xmas, the pair that lasted less than two weeks.
My suggestions: walk through their store, enjoy the merchandise, and take careful notes. Then buy elsewhere, even online, where a 30 day money back guarantee is STANDARD.

Troy and partner Patrick run this wonderful upscale shop just off of King Street, between Quidoba and King Street Blues. Three adorable Bedlington Terriers (mom, dad, and daughter) are sure to give you a friendly greetng.
It’s stuffed to the rafters, but instead of antiques, there are dazzling Hermes china, Meisen and Herand porcelain, fine linens, decorative glass, and much more… Troy and Patrick are like enthusiastic hosts welcoming you to their home, and they treat you the same whether you’re buying a $ 50 porcelain bud vase or a $ 16,000 Hermes showpiece — not an ounce of attitude that you might expect from so lavish a spread. Buyer Beware… they offer no refunds! Only gift cards… Items are often not marked with a price tag and are usually very expensive! The items for sale are indeed great items, but the return policy, if not illegal is shady.
