Be warned… there is no up front contract. Oscar will give you a quote that includes materials, but then he will nickel and dime you for things not specific to the quote. He is also a big «up «seller. I had some painting done and a basement finished and the crew that showed up each day was not necessarily the same. So while ‘Guy 1′ was great at drywall, he was horrible with painting; ‘Guy 2′ was better with flooring, but not electrical. And yet they seemed to be jack-​of-​all-​trades and interchangeable. Wall prep was hit or miss and had to be redone to fill in obvious holes. I could hardly wait for them to be done and out of my house.
