Avoid this business. I waited over 2 months after Roberts site visit to get a quote. Never received a quote — even after several promises that I’d get something «first thing in the morning» Usually small business are great resources but this one is not

Couldn’t even get a quote, emailed, called and left messages, Robert finally contacted me back and guaranteed he would return a quote. After several weeks of nothing, I tried getting a hold of them again, and finally he returned an email saying he would get by to see me the next day and meet with me in regard to the sign. Next day came and went. He later called me and made an appointment to come by and see me the next day around noon. Never called and never showed.
If you are thinking about a sign, go with another shop. Excuses as long as my legs, and nothing to show for a quote let alone a sign design or even installation. Clearly they are to busy!

Robert is a great creative source. His signs are excellent and he’s very responsive. I’ve been working with him over several years for my residential renovation business. The look is very distinctive, both for my signs and my vehicle My signs set an image that is my top source for new business leads. Can’t get better than that!

The sign work is ok but not always up to specifications. Additionally we have had to call them out to glue our sign back together when it fell apart. Another one of our signs completly fell apart and we couldn’t repair it.
Overall, they do decent work but I might try another company before this one in the future.

I love this place. Robert is one of my favorite people. Robin is great too (even though he’s left the shop to pursue other interests). And James is a great asset to the team.
I came here on behalf of my place of employment because our usual sign guy did quite a hack job on some painted post signs, and we needed replacements quick. But, we needed great replacements. Routing. Color matching. The like.
I found these guys online, thought I’d go check them out. We met, talked technique, confirmed. And they delivered top notch product. The color matching was fantastic, the routing was done very well, and the overall product was 100% better than what it was replacing.
Over the following months, I became close with these guys over the phone (they are fantastic to talk to about anything) and even visited the shop to check out their other capabilities. Turns out they have quite a range. When I was there they were doing billboards, reconstructing an old iron post and creating the sign, assembling point-​of-​purchase signs, along with a myriad of other things. I wish I could go to them for everything!
