I had this company come out and help me with a wiring issue in my basement. The previous owner did you he work, and it’s questionable whether he really knew what he was doing. Murphy Family Electric sent out Erik to help me. The first thing I noticed was that he put on shoe covers to come into my home. When he got started you would have thought he was Spiderman the way he crawled around my basement looking for the problem. When he found the problem it took less than a minute for him to correct it. I stood there looking dumbfounded wondering why I hadn’t figured that out. Truth be told I would have never thought to look where he did. This service was worth the price I paid. You better believe if I have another electrical issue, I will be calling and requesting Eric from Murphy Family Electric to come out and help.

Very professional with each phone call. They were very clean and worked well to hang my chandelier within an hour. I used a coupon from Angie’s list for this service, without that, it would have been very expensive.

As the listing agent representing my seller, I received a walk-​through inspection report at 4pm that required an inspection of the electrical panel box. I frantically called several companies and was informed that no appointments were available until later the following day for an assessment and if were needed, a technician may not be able to repair until the following week. One of my calls was to Murphy Family Electric. I left a voice message and within 30 minutes, I received a call from Murphy Family Electric. I explained that the buyers and sellers were settling at noon the following day and they scheduled me for a 6am appointment, they did not gauge me with «before or after hours» rates. The electrician was prompt, courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and was prepared to repair on the spot if needed. Settlement was not impacted at all and the stress of all parties involved was quickly alleviated. Thank you, Murphy Family for your great service.
