Beware. If you come in for something be prepared for more to go wrong. I took it in six months and ten days ago because of my A/​c being intermittent. Went to get it and the car would not start or anything. They told me my alternator died. My alternator was fine before this. I know how to change it too, but it was convienently stuck at the shop. Wasn’t going to tow so just had them change it. I was very upset. Every other month after my serpentine belt would shred. Had no idea why. Eventually, three belts later, I noticed it was rubbing up the wall of the alternator. On the way to taking it to them the belt broke and ripped into an a/​c hose, spewing fluid everywhere. Now my A/​c really doesn’t work and I’m out of about $ 1000, time Ill never get back replacing belts, over a week without a work/​family car and back to square one but worse. Not only did I get charged for parts, labor, hazmat but service charge. I was told because they had to use their tools and it pays for them. Wilson is a nice guy, but I’m sooooo fed up. Nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else even if it’s something small, you’re desperate and/​or they give you a great quote.

Felt I needed to say that they gave me an estimate for a simple transmission change that was twice as much as other service stations. I’m may not know how to change trans fluid but I’m not stupid. Never have been back… not even for gas. I read they also sell lemon cars on their lot.

Sweet baby Jesus. I have been here for close to an hour getting my annual safety inspection. I have never seen people move so slowly and constantly wander off in the middle of a job to do something else. Not to mention the credit card readers on their pumps are chronically broken.
