I’ve used Maryam and Charles for a variety of home improvement projects — painting, laying tile, mounting a TV and even help with moving furniture. They are outstanding and their pricing is quite fair. Maryam is really great about providing estimates, timing and will text to let you know when they are on their way. Always very timely. The quality of work is excellent. They also played with my dog and even once took her out for a bathroom break when I was unable to. I’m so glad I found them through Unilocal and will definitely use them for future home projects.

Maryam and MCCS are completely professional and knowledgeable. I just needed an IKEA chest of drawers put together for my kids’ room. Not only did she provide me with an affordable price, but she and her partner were very quick, and the drawers turned our perfectly.
Maryam is so experienced with these things that she even gave the suggestion to attach the drawers to the wall or baseboard with a latch because those particular drawers are known to fall over when you open them. VERY important as I have two young ones. She added this with no additional cost or haggle. Thank you MCCS — I will be using your services again!

I have been using MCCS since last year and I have been delighted to find a handyman contractor I can rely on. Very professional and responsive. I don’t have to worry about the quality of their workmanship, since they perform A+ work every time at reasonable rates. I had used about 12 new contractors recently and MCCS was by far the best handyman in that group. My search for a good handyman contractor is over and yours could be also. Try MCCS and you will realize why everyone is leaving them glowing reviews. I’m so happy I found MCCS and I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

I was looking for someone to redo some mildewed caulking in a shower stall in my old rental that I was moving out of. I used Unilocal to ask for quotes from a few different handyman services, and Maryam from MCCS was one of the first to respond with an actual quote and availability!
She was spot-​on with her estimate of how long the caulking job took, and they did a fantastic job. It looks good as new, and better than when I moved in! I no longer have to worry about my landlord dipping into my security deposit to have it fixed.
With as easy as it was to contact them for a quote, and as good as the finished job was, I definitely would recommend contacting MCCS if you need work done around the house!

They are probably the best contractor team I’ve ever worked with! Flexible, honest and perfectionists, it’s hard to find folks willing to do any and all odd jobs. They’ve installed a ceiling vent in my bathroom, redone poorly installed tire floors from a previous contractor (at no additional charge after initial trips) and a bathroom vanity sink.
With an honest perspective on jobs, reasonable pricing and dedicated to doing the job done right, I highly recommend them! Thanks!

MCCS not only did a great job of cleaning up a mess left by a previous handyman, but took a look at a few other projects I have planned and made suggestions and gave me an impromptu estimate. I used MCCS to complete some home inspection repairs before moving into my new home. Maryam was amazing to work with and they completed the job on schedule and on budget. They communicated with me throughout each step of the process, also making extra Home Depot trips for me in order to complete the work. I cannot say enough about how professional and courteous MCCS is and I will not hesitate to recommend and use them again for future repair needs.

Maryam and Charles have been great. Very responsive and flexible with schedule to come out to our house in Ashburn. They’ve installed bedroom lights, sealed tile (they spotted that this hadn’t been done by the builder — we totally had missed this), hung numerous complicated drapes and we continue to ask them to come back to do more things to make our house better.

Fantastic folks in that they communicate incredibly well, are punctual, really seem to care about doing good quality work, and work efficiently. I found them to be very reasonably priced for their furniture assembly services. They treated me and my home with respect, and had a «no job is too big or small» attitude. I really appreciated their flexibility in working with me. It’s so hard to find kind, experienced, reliable people to trust to come in to your home and take care of a large job — such as assembling 4 platform beds (with headboards and platform all around) like I needed done. I’ll be calling them for all my future furniture assembly needs, and will certainly be exploring hiring them for handy work around the house (installation of fixtures, etc.), as well. Final thoughts? Really decent people with really good work ethic… you can’t go wrong when you’ve got a combo of that.

MCCS did an excellent job relocating a playset for me! I highly recommend them for disassembly/​assembly services. They were fair in price and very dependable.
Throughout my project they kept me informed of their status. They were very dedicated in getting the project done right. I am very pleased on how well the playset turned out.

Maryam and Charles stopped by yesterday to install two ceiling fans and switch out a shower head. They arrived on time, even texting to say they were on the way, did an excellent job, and worked great as a team. I didn’t time how long it took but I know they did everything a heck of a lot faster than I ever could have managed, and with a smile on their faces! I really enjoyed getting to know them and I’m REALLY enjoying the additional light in my office, plus the cool breeze. They did a great job, with a great attitude, and their price was spot on.
