Today, I had an unfortunate episode with ME Flow in regards to getting my humidifier serviced. Even though I purchased a full HVAC unit and humidifier through ME Flow in March and April 2014 and purchased a service agreement, when I called in the service it seemed the Tech Manager was annoyed(almost rude) with my repeated calls regarding my unit and humidifier. However, my experience brightened when they dispatched the Dana the Technician(ask for him!) who thoroughly examined my humidifier and identified the culprit for the problem. Dana was professional and courteous. His customer service skills made me change my mind about terminating my service contract(at the minimum) and looking beyond ME Flow for continued service. I want to commend ME Flow for having technicians with excellent customer service skills and the ability to get the job completed to my satisfaction. Job well done Dana and ME Flow.
