Logan Farms Honey Glazed Hams began in 1981 as just a gourmet meat shop. The current owners purchased it in 2004 and have established Logan Farms as one of the best lunch spots in Alexandria. From New Orleans Muffulettas, Fresh Shrimp Po Boys, Gumbo, Salads, and of corse, our Signature Ham Sandwich. We also offer a low sodium, spiral sliced, honey glazed ham and turkey breast as well as other gourmet meats. We also offer a catering menu that serves as little as 10 guest.

I’m really disappointed in this place. I went to the store on Monday and was told that they had neither fresh or frozen whole turkeys and did not anticipate getting anymore before Christmas. Looking in their case behind the register there were more than a couple turkeys and hams. A woman came from the back and said no all those are sold. Alrighty then. If this is a place where they’ve been advertising weekly about their Christmas meats, why don’t they have any! I buy every year from this place — but never again. Sorely disappointed in the service I received.

I enjoy this place so much. The fried shrimp Poboy is soooo good and the bread is delicious and fresh. The muffuletta is wonderful at well. I have never had a poor experience.

Their Honey Ham is the best I have ever eaten. But today I decided to try one of their specials –fried fish with crawfish etouffe on top. It was really good. Fish was not greasy at all. Erode was very flavorful without being too spicy. Was served on a bed of rice. Glad I tried something new but I will look forward to having a classic club with potato salad on the side next time.
