This place is cool. We came for a birthday party. Cute little obstacle courses for the little ones. They even have a zipline lol. The party was good and very organized. The young ladies that were there were very nice and you could tell that they loved there jobs. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for my son’s birthday.

A great place for children to play, or have a birthday party. For parties, the staff entertains the kids, helps serve the food, and cleans up afterward. There are, however, three flaws which have been brought to the operators’ attention, but never get addressed. First, there’s no adult seating. There are a few spaces where adult benches could be placed, but they’ve never placed them there. There are a few kiddie benches where adults can perch very temporarily, but otherwise you get to spend the time there standing. If you come early to help set up, and stay late to carry things out afterward, that means you and Grama get to spend two hours standing on your feet. Not very considerate, seeing as how you’re paying good money. Second, the birthday parties generally involve a mob of kids and adults, yet you have to ask for a key to the restrooms. The keys are literally attached to small buckets, to keep patrons from taking them home by mistake. During the parties, wouldn’t it be more intelligent just to open up the restrooms? This place is on the second floor; I doubt pedestrians come wandering in to search the upper floors for a restroom(if that’s the reason they’re kept locked). Anyway, it’s just bothersome and inconvenient. Third, and finally, the parties appear to be booked back-to-back, yet it takes time to come in and set up for a party, and time to haul your things, clothing, leftovers, etc., out when you’re done. At our party as we were getting things carried out, the adults of the next group were standing in the foyer trying to get in to set up for their own party. It was annoying, and didn’t help the stress level at all. Maybe the schedulers need to think about this. Fix these three things, and I’d give a minimum of four stars. Leave them unfixed, and it sours the experience.

My son had the best time going here from age 18mo to 3 years old. Always begging to go back. The instructors are top notch. YOu don’t find that everywhere. They talk to the kids on their level. THey are patient. Once I remember Ms Anna slowly helping build my son’s confidence by walking him down a plank with only touching a pinky. A ton of kids in line and she took the time he needed to do it himself. I won’t forget it. Oh, and how great is this place… this one location, we practically drive past another one to get there. It is that good.

I LOVEJWTUMBLES!!! My son, 6, has been coming here for years. The staff greets him by name, and he quickly tosses off his shoes and throws himself into having fun in their padded playroom, which is equipped with a climbing wall, zip line, gynmastics equipment, a playhouse, and tons of foam equipment for, well, tumbling. They offer weekday classes, summer camp, drop-in playtimes, Kids Night Outs … and they often open up on snow days and holidays. They do GREAT birthday parties. Love love love.
