We have been clients with JTF for 4 years. We have always been satisfied with their help and efforts. They are always responsive and solve our problems immediately. Especially Andre, his personality and loyalty to his clients explains that ‘passion is the key to the successes. Impressive, loyal, honest and talented.

I started a new job in February of 2014, and the company used JTF for my printer. From the get go I had issues with them. I cancelled the service in April, and dealt with the same guy Andre that so many other Unilocalers seem to have an issue with(just haven’t posted a review yet.) Basically we had a contract for ink and service. I called and said I needed ink. Andre told me we weren’t due more ink yet and would have to up my contract and pay more to get more ink – he wanted to double our monthly rates even though we weren’t using double the ink. And he refused to send more ink until we did. How about«I’ll get that ink right out to you! Glad to help, now maybe we need to look at your service contract…» My office cant run without printers-and this guy is refusing to send me toner until I pay more?! Worst customer service I have dealt with in a while-and that is saying quite a bit. I sent an email to good olé Andre requesting to cancel service, no response at all. Three days later I send a follow up with a read receipt, and he deletes it without reading. Great employee you have there JTF! I ended up cancelling the service and good riddance! Buyer beware is right!

If I could give a — I would give a negative 5 stars!!! This place is horrible! Buyer beware!!! Our business placed an order 1÷31÷2014 it is now March 31, 2014 and we are still unable to print from a copier/printer that was promised to us to be an excellent machine. Jonathan Bennett is a joke as a sales person. He promised this machine would be exactly what we needed to do our everyday business, after speaking to our IT person he was very aware that we need to print from PC and MAC in the office he said we had the capability to do so and that everything would be sent with the equipment when it was delivered, again it is now March 31, and still not able to print. Once you pay them they screen your phone calls and they don’t answer and send you to voice mail with no call backs at all. I have been trying to get service for our printer as it stats that we went under the XEROX maintenance plan and somehow i called Thursday morning and the Account Executive said it would be until Monday before I heard anything. Guess what its Monday evening and no phone call or email from the service department. I tried call them to tell them I want to send the piece of crap back and then they don’t want to speak to me because I was not the one to pay the bill. This place is a joke along with everyone that works there. Save yourself the trouble and purchase from a REAL company that appreciates their customers and is willing to answer phone calls not just after they have taken your money. It must be nice to sit on your asses and not do crap!

Horrible communication. Purchased printer through internet. Called to follow up on order to see if it was ever sent, and then was told when I called, that it was actually a refurbished machine. Sales agent hung up on me when I asked to cancel order. Called back, to confirm that I would be refunded, and he still didn’t confirm in 2nd tense call. Would not recommend this firm

Bought a Cannon Imagerunner from this company the salesmens name was Andre. Within two months started to have a problem with having a line on the side of my documents this is a high priced laser printer. My last Imagerunner lasted 6 years. Called talked to service they said I need to speak to Manager transferred me to Andre. He says I need to have a repair tech come out and diagnose clean change drum. He gives me the number of a tech in my area. Then Andre says if the drum isn’t the problem he will pay for it. If it is drum is the problem it is my responsibility to fix. This is a sixty day old machine but that is not the worst. I put in new drum $ 130.00 and have it cleaned $ 99.00. The machine worked for about 100 sheets less the a half of a day then the line came back same spot on the paper. Tech company says it could have been a bad drum need another service call $ 99.00 to find out for sure. Bottom line I still have the same line Techs diagnose as Image stabilizer, Call Andre back he says he part in stock and will send it out. I call back next day to get a tracking number and they just play games with me. Let me see if I can find him or just put me in his voice mail I will have to take him to small claims in NV. This company says they are all about the service but Andre told me his margins are so small he cant afford to send some one out for every call. How about just sending me my part? I have come to the conclusion I am out the other monies.
