I have been practicing in Virginia and Washington, D.C. for 25 years. As a solo practitioner, you don’t have to be concerned about being passed off to a paralegal or junior associate. I handle your legal matter myself, from the initial consultation through resolution.

Criminal defense is a large part of my practice. I have defended clients on DWI (DUI), traffic violations, assault and battery, trespassing and other misdemeanors, as well as serious felony charges of felonious assault, drug crimes, sexual battery, rape and burglary. But I am a general practice lawyer who can capably handle a wide spectrum of legal matters: divorce and custody/​child support disputes, consumer law and debtor representation, small business law, personal injury claims, estate planning and estate administration.

With more than 25 years of legal experience, I help my clients successfully resolve a wide range of problems, from criminal defense to family law to consumer law and debtor defense. In addition, I handle personal injury and car accident matters and represent juveniles charged with delinquency offenses.

As an experienced lawyer, I am capable of resolving even the most complex issues. I can handle a multi-​faceted drug case involving marijuana trafficking, a creditor harassment case or family law mediation and negotiation, all with skill and effectiveness.

I am a solo Virginia attorney, so you will deal directly with me. I will personally handle every aspect of your case. I pride myself on being available to my clients and providing honest advice about their legal situation. I will work hard to find the best resolution possible, no matter what the case may be. And if you do not need a lawyer, I will be honest and tell you so.
