Description

Specialties

Lessons:

I am a cellist looking for cello students of all ages (children and adults) and levels. I have over five years of teaching experience working with students of all ages and levels (references available upon request). I was initially taught cello through the Suzuki method and use this as a starting point for my teaching. From there, I move to standard cello repertoire.

Gigs/Playing:

I have experience playing orchestral music, chamber music, studio/recording work, wedding and other gigs.

Cello Rental:

I also rent cellos to some of my adult students, so if you are in need of an instrument to take lessons I try to keep a few a few high quality starter cellos around.

History

Established in 2006.

I started teaching when I was working on my undergraduate degree at Baldwin Wallace Conservatory in Ohio and have been working on establishing my Studio in Alexandria VA since August of 2009. I currently am coaching groups at the Potomac School in McLean and T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria.
