I am not even sure this store is still there, no one answers the phone and I’d like to know before driving an hour from Fairfax to get there. Does anybody know if it is still in existence?

Just left this store extremely disappointed. Went in for help finding some good shoes for my full time retail job. The girl wanted to only sell me inserts and then was too preoccupied with who knows what to even give me the time of day. When I was looking at shoes a group of people walk in and she says ok whose next, um… I thought you were helping me! I left. Do not go here unless you have time to waste. They are rude and their selection is limited. Also, there are no prices on anything. Came here years ago for inserts and forgot about the sticker shock you get at the register. There are better places.

I walked in and walked right now. The person at the cash register didn’t get up once to help me. I asked if they had any flat type shoes as I need them for work. He tells me that they don’t. It’s getting warm out. I didn’t ask all that first of all. They have a few closed toe shoes so I ask if one is in my size, he gets up then goes back in the back for a like a second and says no right away. No, let me see. It made me feel super uncomfortable that I didn’t want to waste any more time at this store. Frustrating. Customer Service is dead!

While this store did seem to carry a decent variety of comfortable shoes that would probably work for the average person, I was disappointed with how they did not carry my size. I feel that if a store touts itself as a «foot specialty store,» they should have a wider range of shoe sizes than the average shoe store or department store. However, for every shoe I picked out that I wanted to try on, the saleslady told me «Sorry, we don’t have that size in-​stock.» I walked out of there feeling frustrated and disappointed for wasting my time, since I thought a specialty store would be more likely to carry different sizes.
The service could also have been better in general– I waited at the front of the store for a good five minutes before anyone even came to ask me if I needed help.

I visited the shop and they do take the time to fit you very wellI. I ordered two pair of sandals. I then found the same exact sandals on line for half the price. Same maker, same company. Even though these sandals were ordered over a month ago, one pair hasn’t arrived yet. I made one stop at the store and one phone call to find out what happened. They said they will check. No word yet. They did say I could get a refund but meanwhile they have had my money for a month! Order on line and save.

What if I told you that there was a sneaker that works your core muscles just by walking in them? The build of sneaker makes use of the foot, ankle and leg muscles and therefore tones & strenghtens your butt, legs and abs. Interested? So was I. So I headed to this store to check them out.
For two hundred bucks, I wasn’t as interested in the Chung Shi shoes. But they do have other cool stuff like insoles that they custom fitted to your foot. This is the perfect store for someone who wears a larger or smaller size than is readily available at the big footwear chains.
For athletes (and well, everyone), Foot Solutions offers a foot fitting with a scan of your walk. Ah, isn’t science and technology great!
