We have extensive experience handling all types of applications for individuals, families and business clients including: work visas, fiancé visas, same-sex marriage cases, visa waivers, green cards through family and employment, naturalization and citizenship, abuse victim visas, asylum cases, and all aspects of deportation, exclusion, removal or bond proceedings. We have years of experience and we handle immigration cases on behalf of clients throughout the United States and from around the world. We are based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, but we can represent you no matter where you live. Our attorneys speak Spanish, German, and French.
History
Established in 2009.
Founding partners Rebecca Eichler and Allison Wright have practiced exclusively immigration law for over twelve years each. In 2009 they combined solo practices to start EichlerWright PLC. Ms. Eichler focuses her practice on family and business immigration, including working with survivors of domestic violence and same-sex couples. Ms. Wright specializes in cases before the Immigration Courts and clients in detention.

Rebecca E.
Business Owner
Rebecca Eichler, a first-generation American, has practiced exclusively immigration law since 2000. She worked at Hogar Hispano, Catholic Charities and Legal Services of Northern Virginia before launching a private practice.
Her experience spans the range of employment and family-based immigration petitions, including labor certifications & H-1B visas, fiancé petitions, consular processing, one-step adjustment of status, same-sex marriage caes and naturalization. She has also successfully represented clients in affirmative and defensive asylum proceedings before USCIS and the Immigration Court, as well as petitions under the Violence Against Women Act for immigrant survivors of domestic violence.
She has spent extensive time volunteering abroad, including advising refugees in Ecuador, and women in Cambodia and Guatemala. She has lived in the UK, France, and Germany. She received her JD from William & Mary, an LL.M. from the University of London, and her BA from Boston University.
