They had a very professional and clean crew come to my home. I had a complete air duct and cleaning service done. I now have much more efficiency from my A/​C and they even improved the duct insulation while they were here. You get what you pay for. I recommend this company to anyone that wants a great service.

I only recommend my customers to reputable companies so when my customer had a clogged dryer vent, which is a fire hazard, I recommended Ductz. Abe had his crew out there in no time and cleared the vent. Thanks Ductz for making me look better.

I recently had my dryer vent cleaned. Phil and Kelvin were very professional. They explained how the whole process was to take place. They area that they were working in were cleaner then when they arrived. They did a fantastic job that my dryer is working more efficient than before.

Talked directly with owner to make appointment. Was fine and accommodating in making the appointment and were able to accomodate the day i wanted so I accepted even though I felt they were slightly overpriced based on the quotes I got from their competitors. They were to arrive between 1:00 –4:00 pm. on the scheduled day but got a call the next day from someone else stating they could move my appointment up to 9:00 am as they had had a cancellation. Told him that would be great! They called back about an hour later saying «oops» they were looking at the wrong day and they really don’t have a morning appointment but they could still come at the original scheduled time. Ok, no worries. I was fine with that.
The big day arrives!!! 4:00 pm rolls around. They are a no call, no show. I call them at 4:15 pm to inquire when and/​or if I should expect them to show up. They were still at their previous appointment which was a bigger job than they anticipated so they were going to be late. Maybe another couple hours even. Asked if I wanted to reschedule. I did not so they offered to still come out after the other job was done which I agreed to and apologized for making them have to work late on a Friday night. I didn’t really want that either but hey, I took the whole day off to get this done.
Fast forward to 5:00 pm. Owner calls and apologizes and offers $ 100.00 off to reschedule for another day. I declined his offer and advised I would find another option.
From my perspective they do not have an effective scheduling system or front office help to ensure timely and effective service to all their customers. A shame really as the owner seems nice and tried his best to make up for the missed appointment. I would assume they do an effective job at cleaning vents but overall there are just way too many other service providers in this space to choose from to give them a second chance.

Little late with this review. I bought my first house in 2005 and they were the company I called. Abe the ower came out himself and did the job. He did a great job on cleaning out the vents. Abe has come by several times since then to check on my vents. I have used their other serves as well. I had them clean the carpets a few years ago and for the price I was happy. Last but not lest I had a water leak in my ac unit. Ducts came out and help me fix the leak as well as pump out the standing water. I know this seems long but there was a lot of good things to say about these guys. If u call, ask for Abe and tell him Beebo sent u. :)

We worked with Abe after we discovered that water was leaking from our dryer vent on to our ceiling. Abe sent Phil and Tim out to clean our dryer vent and they did an excellent job. Both were professional and worked hard and removed all of the lint and cat hair from our line. I highly recommend Ductz.
