On their website, section about passport photos, they state: «Our Sony Digital Passport camera allows you to preview your photo before we print your photos. Digital allows us to delete the photo and re-​shoot it if necessary.» But in reality, this is not how it goes. You get only one shot. I had to insist on seeing the photo before it went to print, and when I asked for it to be redone because it looked pretty bad, the lady told me that she couldn’t photograph me again, because of the labor cost to do so, and if she would do it, I would have to pay again. Long story short, I ended up paying for the photos I will not use. I also will not use their services ever again.

they did a really great job of scanning and printing my art :) great customer service and fair prices! definitely coming back here to get more photos printed in the future.

I have gone into this place AND called multiple times on the phone. There is an older woman (Connie or Barbara) the one IN CHARGE. She is awful, she makes you feel like you are annoying her with your business. She has a tone in her voice that will make you feel like a stupid human being.
I am in advertising and I usually do all my printing in NYC but needed a place down in this area. I was gonna drop hundreds of dollars on this place for a project but I decided not too.
