I would NEVER recommend their services to anyone.

I hired Continuum to conduct an energy audit on my home in early 2010. The energy audit was thorough and professional (although I now understand that it was a bit more expensive at $ 400 than many others cost in the area). I followed up with them in June to schedule the proposed project and hired them to implement all of their recommendations which they indicated would add substantial amounts of insulation to target areas in my home. They indicated that conservatively it would save 10−15% on heating costs — that was a fringe benefit compared to always feeling cold in certain under-​insulated areas of the house. They assured me that the work would be done in one week and after conducting a «wall through», it appeared that it might be even done in 4 days.
However, the problems started on the very first day when their initial team of sub contractors arrived and were not able to proceed because they had been provided improper information by Contiuum. The project manager was MIA and nobody at the company could explain the discrepancy in described materials in the estimate. Long story short, the project ultimately took well over two months to complete, there were numerous reschedulings for traffic delays, equipment failures, and staffing issues. Most significantly, important aspects of the project were not able to be completed as the estimates that Continuum had provided me with were later determined not to be feasible and my energy problem — after spending thousands of dollars — is not solved. Overall, there were three target areas identified to be corrected and all of them remain cold in the winter and warm in the summer. The two months + of frustration and thousands of $ spent would have been worth it if the goal had been achieved, but instead it was a colossal waste of time and money.
