My name is Jennifer Byrd and Byrd’s Bites toffee is made from my polish grandmother’s recipe. She lived in Chicago and when I would visit her from Boston, she would teach me how to make this yummy, buttery, nutty and chocolate delight. It was a highlight of our Christmas holiday when a tin of her toffee would arrive in the mail. Now, I am making the same magic morsels for you!

History

Established in 2012.

I have been making toffee from my grandmother’s recipe for family and friends for the last ten years to rave reviews. Through a series of events, I met the head of the Del Ray Farmers’ Market in mid-​June and started selling at the market on June 30.
