The bank had my ID, and they had called me and said they accidentally kept it. I called them the next day and said I was coming, and they told me they didn’t have it. I went straight there and it was sitting on the floor next to the managers office. It was denied that it was their fault and I asked them to check the camera, and it was quickly dismissed. That was my worst experience. My best experiences have been the daily interaction with The regular bank tellers, this makes up for issues like this. I am always greeted with a hello and smile. And they are more than helpful. Thank you people behind the glass.

That branch has been helping the neighborhood since sometime around 1950. Beats me why some clown in California is threatening to close his account over a «glitch «that is easy to fix and is probably not even this bank’s fault. Good luck finding a bank in CA that would even listen.

It is such a pleasure to be able to call them and reach a live person on the first attempt who can assist you. One or two times over the years there has been a problem with my account and they actually pick up the phone and call me and then give me time to correct it.

This banking company is outstanding in so many ways. Throughout all this wacky financial turmoil of the past few years, we’ve always felt secure knowing our money was deoisuted at a solid local bank. The staff is made up of real people we can walk in and talk to who actually know what’s going on and have worked with this company for a long time and truly believe in it. Phone calls get answered by humans, and problems get solved. While you may lose so «big bank» convience, like nationwide ATMs or fancy online interfaces, there is NOTHING that can substitute for the great customer service of a rock-​solid hometown bank.
