I visited this place once and would never go again! I live up the street and just stop by one day after work. I’m African American and when my finance and I walked in(he’s also African American), you could hear a pin drop in that place. Everyone stopped what they were doing, staff and customers, and literally watched us walk to our seats. Our waitress was far from friendly and pretty much rushed us out. We sat down, she took our order, and when our food came out, she gave us the bill too. The environment was super unfriendly and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t go back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend it either. I wouldn’t treat a white person this way and I was in complete shock with the way they made us feel. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The waiters were good, but the short white male bar tender was really rude and disrespectful there was no manager around to talk to.

A place to consider for long time my house. until today, she was rude and unprofessional, when the last call girl treated me bad. Will not be back.

Ive been going to this location for years. Recently the food quality and selection has been slipping. I dont know if the kitchen staff changed over or if theyre under new management but they used to have some delicious food and a wide selection. I went to watch the skins game and unfortunately i wont be back to watch games this season. What used to be a 4 star place definitely has deteriorated over time.

Big bar with several pool tables and dartboards. Lots of beers on tap. Everyone is friendly and nice. The food is good and the chicken wigs are great. I come here weekly.

Been here twice now. The fish and chips where tasty. Its reasonably priced. They have a very big bar to sit at, darts, and several pool tables. I don’t know how much it is to play. I think our waitresses was new because she didn’t know all the beers that are in tap bit, she was friendly.

I thought it was a little on the expensive side for pool, but it was a smoke free place. I enjoyed that aspect after going to 2 places where you can’t get through the wall of smoke at the door. The tables were older, but still smooth. If the felt were replaced they’d be phenomenal the darts were nice. I kicked Mai’s butt in both.

Interesting spot. Dead on a Saturday. Staff is really not very friendly, even though I was a newcomer and said so, and mentioned I was looking for a new local bar to call home(recently relocated to this area). Lots of sad faces on the staff, makes me wonder why that is. One bartender here goes so far out of his way to avoid socializing with customers, that it makes me wonder why he’s even in this profession, since it’s a pretty intense contact-with-people job. Don’t think I’m coming back. The high notes: the Bells Two Hearted Ale(an IPA from Michigan, that I never tried before) is actually very, very good. The low notes: The Old Bust Head Chukker Pilsner is honestly the worst Pilsner I’ve ever tasted. Run, don’t walk, if it’s offered to you. A few smiles here would go a long way toward making someone feel like this a friendly place, but smiles are in precious short supply here. Across the parking lot is Lucky’s, which is much friendlier. And down the road a short drive is Fiona’s, an Irish pub where you’ll feel much, much more at home. So why come here? The staff seems miserable, and who needs that?

This place is awesome! I love the atmosphere and the wait staff is really chill. Went with a friend and we just played darts in the back for an hour. No one really bothered us and our waitress even joined to chat. If I lived in this area, I would be there all the time. Oh yeah. The brownie a la mode was pretty spot on too.

3.5 stars. This is a good place to come grab a bite or a brew after work, or for a game with friends. They have decent happy hour pricing and good service. I was here for a USWNT and the crowd was into it, so it was fun. #IBelieve I will have to add this place to my Sunday lineup for Football season. I was also pretty impressed by the food, their Cesar wrap with Mahi was delicious and my husband loved his french dip. The enchiladas salad and fried pickles were also a hit with our friends who ordered them. I like this place sooooooooo much better than Lucky’s it’s not even funny, they may share a parking lot, but Bungalow’s is by far a better choice. Fun fact: apparently they were voted Best Sports Bar in Northern Virginia for 2015 by Northern Virginia Magazine in June.

I love this place. Molly, Michaela, and Tyler are amazing bartenders. The service is fast and the food is good. Brunch on the weekends is great. It’s a full menu of breakfast and lunch items. The blackjack burger with a side of veggies is my favorite dinner there. Check out the full bar and food menu. You will love the skills of these bartenders!

I don’t frequent this establishment as there are many other bars in the area with better pool tables, service, deals and crowd. However, I went there with a group of friends this past weekend and boy oh boy! The service was the same level as always, meh. Food and atmosphere was the same thing. The reason for this one star is due to the customer service I received after the fact. The waitress gave someone my CREDITCARD then gave me a random persons CREDITCARD!!! I definitely admit that I put back a couple, so I didn’t think to check whose card I was walking out with, my fault! BUT when I called in I didn’t even get an apology for the mishap, I told them I have this persons card and they said to toss it. I was in shock! They proceeded to ask me why I didn’t look at the card before I left… again, I get it, I should’ve looked at the card BUT that doesn’t discount your poor customer service and the fact the waitress was handing out random CREDITCARDS to RANDOMPEOPLE. I will NEVER go back to this place! Especially if that is how the MANAGER handles situations as sensitive as this one. An issue with my credit card and others shouldn’t be dismissed so easily.

From the outside looks a little so so. The inside is outdoorsy, and they have two separate bars which is great for service when they get busy. We were here for a few hours for a birthday get together and one of the female bartenders was definitely on top of everything. We every ordered food and she still took care of us along with the ton of other people. The prices are amazing. seriously. Two of us drank all night and ate dinner(mixed drinks and beers) for under $ 60 ! We’ll be back!

I’m a huge fantasy football fanatic, so on Sundays in the fall you can bet I’m at a sports bar watching the games. This Sunday was no different so my two friends and I decided to go to Bungalow for the 1:00’s. Service was fine, our server was super sweet but a little awkward? Hard to explain, but all 3 of us agreed to that, but we always were checked in on to see if we needed anything else. The games were on all the TVs, but I was kind of surprised that of the 4 big TVs over the bar, 2 were playing the same game. The power did go out for a second which caused half the TVs to need to be reset, but this was obviously no fault of Bungalows, as the whole shopping center’s power went out for a sec. The food was your average bar food, we had nachos, chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. Nothing I would rave about, but I didn’t expect much more. I was surprised, that they only offer a limited menu during game time. I’m pretty sure when I watched games there last season that wasn’t the case. Overall, I’d definitely come again since they show all the games, have plenty of TVs, and typical bar food(which I have a soft spot for).

Other than being a little dark with the lighting, it’s a cool place to hang out and watch a game. Half price burgers on Monday nights as well. 36 beer taps at the main bar. They have a second bar in the front which I haven’t been to yet bit looks cool. Pool tables, dart boards, et al. I like it much much better than the other place(unLucky’s) across the parking lot. Enjoy!

Great borderline dive bar. Nice locals come in so not your classic dive bar. The bar food is adequate but don’t come to the var for food. The amount of TVs makes it a must for football season. They have twelve beers on tap, prices are on par with most establishments. The wait staff is prompt and courteous. Great for large groups. They have pool tables and darts. I hope that this helps.

Do you love guns and roses? To the extent that’s the only thing you will listen to? Do you enjoy the bar staff having absolutely no control of anything and running out of advertised alcohol? What about dealing with MMF threesome having Harley drivers minus the Harley’s? If so this place is for you. Fair warning paying to skip songs only works sometimes so any drunk fool can come in and clear out the whole 15 people who are here Saturday nights. The whole waitress staffed seemed as thrilled to be there as many of the patrons. Perhaps it’s better some nights as I recall it used to be alright.

I came here with some friends for a quick dinner. The place itself is a sports grill so they have a lot of monitors to watch some of the games. I had the ‘Cheeseburger From Paradise,’ which was a bacon cheeseburger that was juicy and pretty solid. My husband ordered the ‘Cap’n Billee Chili Burger,’ which was a burger with chili on it. The chili itself was a little watery and slightly underseasoned. I was a huge fan of their onion rings as it was just recently fried, had great batter, and it was a great combination of crispiness as well as not being overly greasy. On Monday nights, they have a $ 5 burger deal. The booths are cozy, and your soft drink comes in those glass jam jars(quite awesome). A decent burger place in the Kingstown area! +onion rings! +daily specials

Ok, have to up my ranking simply due to some great service over the last few days. First, they discontinued serving Palm Ale a few days ago which was a bummer, but Andrea and the bar manager presented me with a set of six Palm glasses, saying that since they couldn’t serve it anymore those epic gems were mine. Secondly, when I went to order some nachos, Andrea assured me that a half order would be more than enough, and she was of course right. Only King Kong could knock down that massive order; I couldn’t even finish my half order. Finally, Andrea ’ service is always awesome but it must be rubbing off on the entire. Crew because I have seen a noticeable improvement in bar service over the last few weeks.

They have like every football game on here! Came on a Sunday for a football game. It was very full! So much so that our waitress took foreverrrrrr to even bring us water. Both had burgers and they were good. The food didn’t take as long as our drinks… go figure. All in all it was cheap, football, and should be a 4 for every game in the NFL playing at once, but the service was really just a fumble.
