I’d give them zero stars if possible. They advertise all over the television so I assumed I would get a consultation. I wrote a brief description of my accident and received an email from Robert Enderle, Managing Partner. He writes,

Still waiting for that call, email, etc… I have reached out twice and decided to settle with another firm who actually gave me the time of day to explain my case. Turns out I am getting a good sum of settlement money too. Their loss but just hope others do not have to deal with their lack of communication. Search elsewhere. They’re spending more on advertising than responding to potential cases.

I was hit by a merging speeding trailer truck from behind and called them. When I called their office they kept on transferring me and when I finally talked to someone there he seem to be in a hurry to hang up the phone and just told me they cant help me, without even finding out what happened. Just nice tv commercial but actual office are really useless. Other law offices are better.
