Meet the Business Owner

Larry Walston D.

Business Owner

Mr. Walston is responsible for all budgeting, preconstruction services, scope of work review and estimating activities for the organization. Prior to co-​founding Advanced Construction Group, he has managed some of the area’s most technically complex projects, establishing detailed budgets, accurate cost estimates, and value engineering services. Annually, he budgets, bids and formulates negotiated proposals for over 3 million square feet worth $ 90,000,000. He is influential in the project from conceptual pricing and subcontractor qualification through release and project delivery. Mr. Walston is an active member of ULI, holds a BS degree from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
