Fantastic food! The service is great. The ladies in the back even brought us some other foods they cooking just to let us have a taste. The Sliced BBQ and Spicy Sausage is our favorite. BBQ sauce is spicy and sweet.

I was excited to hear that a new BBQ place was opening in the Aledo TX area since there are not a lot of good places near by. I placed an order and went to pick it up. Unfortunately I missed the turn off, there was not a lot of signage and I had to go around the service road again. I found it the second. Better signage would help.
The order that I placed was for a brisket sandwich with the side winders (light seasoning on the side winders and a pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw. When I arrived to pick up the order it was ready and I paid for it. I walked into the place and there was a lot dirt on the floor. Turn off. The girl who helped me sat on the chair the entire time and was more concerned with her phone than me. Turn off number two. When I tried the food, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. Both the pulled pork and the brisket were VERY DRY. The cole slaw was too sweet for me. I asked for light seasoning on the side winders and they were covered in seasoning. I did not eat them. The only thing that worked was the drink and one can’t really screw that up since it was in bottles.
I did not EVEN see a manager on duty. All I saw was an elderly lady bossing people around telling others what to do but she looked like she was the cook and NOT a manager. Needless to say the customer service was horrible, the food was not what I expected. Guess I will have to go to Fort Worth for good BBQ.
