I recently hired Zee’s Property Services, Inc. to install gutters to my home AND fix a problem with a leaking roof. The initial call was responded to within the same day, an estimate was set up and they were prompt and professional. The estimate and contract were clearly broken down for labor & materials, and the total price included everything with no additional hidden costs or expenses at the end. The team of workers was punctual and professional. I was especially impressed that they worked full days even though the temperature was below freezing. They actually finished the job faster than expected AND matched the roofing shingles exactly to the existing roofing as well as matching the gutters to the trim color on my house !! A beautiful job. I give them a 10 out of 10 !
