Radon Gone

I am a Realtor and a colleague recommended this company when I personally bought a house needing remediation. Being in the business and being a home owner of five different houses over the last thirty five years, I have purchased or overseen several remediations. This company is by far the best in my experience. The owner works alone. When he came to give the estimate and make a plan, he discussed possible places to drop the pipes, taking into consideration our plans for future use of the space so he could be the least intrusive as possible. Now I am getting the house sided and he came and removed the exterior pipe, left me new pipe to paint and will return to install it properly and aesthetically when siding completed. I had a second estimate but there was no comparison to the way our needs and schedule were primary. He also filled in an old drain and an uneven part of the basement floor while he was working with cement.
Price? He was at least ten percent less, but even if he weren’t I would have hired him from the way he handled the estimate.
Smoking? Nope. BTW I won’t hire a contractor if I know they smoke. Don’t like odor and dont like picking up butts.
Clean up? I wouldn’t have known he was there, if I didn’t know.
Did he do what he said he would, in the place he said he would, when he said he would? Yup.
