We are not your typical church. We are laid back, to say the least. Walking into our typical service, you will see people in t-​shirts and shorts and rockin’ flip flops/​sneakers. Our philosophy: Come just as you are. We are all about learning how to do this thing called life. We know that the Bible has a great deal to say about how to live it in a full and meaningful way.

Come join us and experience a great time of fellowship, learning, and worship.

We are group of everyday people from all sorts of backgrounds with all sorts of talents and interests who all have a common goal, growing together in Christ.

We join together here to worship and serve God; to lift each other up and encourage one another; and to learn how a relationship with God can and should be Real and Relevant in our lives.

History

Established in 2003.

The X Factor Christian Fellowship was started as a church plant of Sandia Baptist Church. We constituted as our own church January 1, 2008.

We have met in several different locations, from an office building, to an old Mechanics Garage, an old Walgreens to an Elementary School Cafeteria, and we are now meeting in an Industrial Warehouse Park, our Worship Warehouse!

What’s Up? I felt God leading me to plant a church in 2004. We planted X Factor and have never looked back. I guess that it really all started my senior year of high school when I went on a mission trip to Makarov, Ukraine. From that point forward I knew God had called me into ministry.

I graduated from Hope Christian School in 1997, followed by spending some time in several universities (Oklahoma Baptist, UNM, and finally NMSU) before graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in History with a concentration in ancient Rome. I recently graduated from Biola University with my Masters of Arts in Christian Apologetics. I love to do anything outdoors like fishing, hunting, hiking, climbing, etc. I also love cars and trucks!

It is my hope and prayer that X Factor will simply be a body of believers that is willing and obedient to God. Sure we do some things a little different that the status quo, but so did Christ.
