Wendy’s

It took a few seconds maybe 30 for them to notice me at the front counter but the was very pleasant. The lady that took my order didn’t have access to the register so my order didn’t get put in as I ordered. Food came out and it had onions but I was capable of removing those myself.
Not my best experience at a Wendy’s but the burger was good enough and hit the spot.

Well, what a disappointing visit. I thought coming early would mean fresh food! I thought wrong. I am the only person dining in and i have seen but a vehicle or two go thru the drive thru.
I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger, spicy nuggets and fries.
My food came out immediately. Which bothered me instantly. Since they are dead and it is the beginning of the day, I wasn’t expecting the food to be ready.
Well it was, but it was definitely not fresh.
Jr bacon cheeseburger was ok. But they just slapped a piece of cold cheese on under cold bacon, lettuce and a tomato slice. Not giving it any time to melt I have a cold burger with unmelted cheese.
The fries, I won’t even eat them. Cold hard fries are so sad to me.
My spicy nuggets had lost all crispness and freshness long before they got to my tray.
2 stars because this is not typical of a Wendy’s. The restaurant is clean, and my coke is delicious.
I am so disappointed I won’t even ask for fresh food.

Fast friendly service. Best Wendy’s I’ve ever dined in. Clean, professional service with a smile. Conveniently close to everything (military base, Walmart, SAMs, Payless shoes, Costco) & of course great prices! Great new salads & specialty teas that are better than Chilis!

I would give 0 stars for this one. Disgusting and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered in drive thru, got our food and left. Pulled out a burger for my kids as I was leaving and found a maroon hair weaving in and out of the burger. I went to the window again, showed the manager and he said he would fix it. I told him I wanted my money back and gave him the bag. He shook his head and walked off. A girl gave me my money back and it wasn’t correct. I told her about it and the manager said she still has her drink. I had been holding the drink out the window so he knew I was returning everything. I made them refund the drink also and they never said they were sorry. They didn’t care. I would stay far away from this filthy place.

It is what it is. Just a run of the mill Wendys, not the best one ever, and we actually had one of the worst experiences here and the customer service is pretty sketchy. A couple burgers have been dry and rubbery, which is not usual for a Wendys.

Another slow place. The manager just nodded when I complained. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one to complain and I’m sure I wasn’t the last one.
