Established in 2014.

Chef Vick opened Vick’s Vittles on January 1, 2014 with over 32 years of experience in food service in the federal arena and private catering and decided to go public to share his unique customer service and menu and country hospitality.

Business Owner

Robert E. Vick Jr. is the President of the International Food Service Executive Association’s Land of Enchantment branch and is the CEO of Vick’s Vittles, a Randolph Shepard Contractor for the New Mexico Commission for the Blind and is currently the food service contractor for Kirtland Air Force Base Thunderbird Dining facility in Albuquerque for 15 years now. Vick’s team has won the multiple John L. Hennessy awards which is the best food service operation in the Air Force worldwide.

On January 2014, he ventured into the private sector, Vicks’ Vittles Country Kitchen. We have several reviews in the Albuquerque Magazine and the Journal for our famous BBQ and breakfast dishes.

Robert Vick is a frequent guest on KASA Style and the Morning Show where he shows his culinary techniques and shares his recipes with the audience.
