We use automated features through our website to list and qualify our properties. A full set of online reports keeps our Owner clients fully informed of the status of each property listed with us, and provides our Tenants with the opportunity to review potential properties, apply, and even sign their leases online. The website also provides the ability for tenants to pay their rent online, or if they prefer, to pay through 7 Eleven stores in the area.

Property Owners get a free Property Rental Readiness Consult with the Yelp coupon credit for their property set up fee.

Potential tenants will get a free consultation for Property placement and the Yelp coupon will count toward their application fees for the property of their choice when renting a Thunderbird Property listing.
