My family and I, have been a patients of Dr. Heflin for many years. I have several tooth issues and he has procided me with fillings, root canals, tooth grinding and tooth whiting! The office is very modern that provides a relaxing environment. The staff is always happy and pleasant and to see you and they remember things about you and your family. They truly care about how you are doing. The first question that was asked is «are you having any pain or discomfort in your teeth?» I think that’s very important because they really care. Dr. Heflin takes time time to sit with you chat, answer all your questions, and based on your needs he makes the best treatment plan for your needs. Before any work is performed they go over an estimate so you know the costs of everything m Dr. Heflin’s office offers CareCredit, which is a line of credit that you can then use as a payment plan. The staff and doctors are very gentle and it’s a very sterile environment. They do a wonderful job efficiently. Typically, treatments can be done on the same day! With the addition of Dr. Poscotti, together they make an amazing dental team. I enjoy all the staff and I recommend that you go to Dr. Heflin’s office for your dentist needs!

I came to Dr. Heflin’s office since I was being suckered by Albq Modern Dentistry and I was referred to Thomas Heflins office by a friend. As Katy stated this is a very nice modern office and has some really up to date equipment compared to other offices around Albq. The staff here is friendly and there to answer any questions you might have. Dr. Heflin is also a really nice guy and takes the time to go over everything with you and he was able to refer to me a great orthodontist. I highly recommend this place due to the fact I have tried over 8 dentists here in Albuquerque and finally I found one I feel comfortable with.

Yes, the office is very modern in a spartan sort of Zen-​like way. Big with many chairs so the doc can work on many people at once to maximize the profits.
The prices are high to pay towards the fancy office.
The staff are cool as ice. Not much personality here.
They made me wait an hour before the doc comes in. Yes I had an appointment. He was cool and to the point. Just seemed to be out to make the big bucks. I did not feel that he or the staff were really concerned about my well being.
I will not be going back. Getting my records transferred to a more human and caring dentist.
Avoid this place. There are much better places out there. Don’t get sucked in by the fancy office.
