The Mattress Store

This review is for the store on the west side off Alameda and coors. Josh was absolutely fantastic! His service and attention to detail were great. Josh was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend this store.

My review is about 2 of their stores. First where I tried out the mattress and sealed the deal. I went to the South Valley location to first check out the mattresses– it’s on Coors SW and Rio Bravo SW. The sales staff was wonderful. The week before I went to the other mattress stores around the city– Denver, Mattress Firm, furniture stores… One of the football playoff games was on and that seemed to be the focus. And when it wasn’t they weren’t helpful with guiding questions, or they hovered. At The Mattress Store my salesman guided me with good questions. He pointed out mattresses to try out and then he stepped back. He waited for my questions. It was very comfortable. That particular store is also brand new, so it’s a good place to try out mattresses. I let him know that I was interested in a floor model if possible. The model I liked wasn’t the right size so he checked out the other stores and found one at the Carlisle store. The deal was done.
The only hiccup in the process was that I was promised my mattress a certain day and time and that didn’t happen. My delivery time was outside of the business hours and the people I dealt with during that delivery time weren’t very helpful. I got really frustrated. The next day came and I stopped by the store– the district manager Victor was there. I told him what happened. He made some calls and my bed was at my house by 4 that afternoon. I love my Simmons Beauty Sleep James Sport! Such a comfortable bed!!!
