First thing we noticed when pulling up was the fact that 2⁄3 of the neon was burned out. Then we asked about food, «anything thats fried» we were told about when asked what they were still serving. This was 8pm mind you, and this is called a «sports grill» lol! The copper bar was nice, but at 4 $ a drink for stuff«they’re trying to get rid of» as the bar tender in her ridiculous tiny booty shorts in thigh high socks put it, was a bit much for the low quality. The beer selection was ok, but once again at that price if you want a beer go to one of the many breweries around town. Then there was the music, until something was said we had two different sets from two different directions, like one of those 94 rock morning show contests TJ Trout used to do, «hells turntable» i think it was called? It was something like that in stereo with the one on the right constantly changing volume. The food came, the only options for dipping sauce was ranch or blue cheese… With cheese sticks? We got the combo platter, which wasn’t bad but not worth the 14 dollars averaging out to a dollar per item on the plate! 5 mushrooms, 5 zucchini spears, 4 cheese sticks, 4 pickle spears. Even though the batter was decent, not worth it. Ticket shock from overpriced food and low quality alcohol, and awful music on top of a mens room that looks like it survived a gang riot, overall it wasn’t a bad evening. Though i credit that to my awesome girlfriend and i having the place pretty much to ourselves. There are better places to go, unless your hosting a party.
