I thought the ladies were really nice, and the studio was clean. There is only two chairs for nails and pedicures. I got jell nails, and after 1 week, it already looks like I need to get them done again. The owner did my sister’s nails and another lady did mine. The person who did mine didn’t cover the whole tip, so they look really bad. The other place I go to lasts 3 weeks. I got a groupon so I wanted to try.

By far the worst mani/pedi I have ever had done. I to purchased the groupon biggest mistake ever I ended up spending way more heaving to go else where and get my nails fixed. My 3 year old can do a better job painting my nails. She didn’t do anything I had some residue on my nails from the gel polish I was wearing previous and she just painted over it leaving my nails with bumps. I cant believe she would even let me walk out looking like that and not be embarrassed .save your money and time go elsewhere this place is a joke

We came here for a wedding mani pedi. Bobbie and her crew were so accommodating, flexible, and professional. Our nails are really cute and we were able to get six mani pedis done and we are all satisfied with our nails! Thanks for the great experience!

Bought the Groupon for a pedicure with hot stone massage. Cuticle treatment was ok and I enjoyed the hot stone massage. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize just how awful the paint job on my french tip was until I left. The paint was thick and bubbly and the white lines both on the nail and at the edge looked like a 7 year old did them. In addition, once I took off the polish I saw what a ratchet job was done when cutting the nails. I couldn’t believe she let me leave with nails looking like that. The more I thought about it, the worse the experience was(bad lighting, tech next to us kept asking questions about technique as her hair fell into clients nails etc. Not going back, thanks!

I went there with a Groupon deal. The place was ok and service was ok. I really didn’t care for the location and during the time I called to make an appt, it would have been nice for them to warn that they only take cash. Nail tech was very nice though.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received from Bobbie! We purchased their groupon for a manicure and hot stone pedicure. When we called to set the appointment we informed them of the groupons and what we had wanted done. When we got there my mom had her nails and toes done presented the groupon which we already paid 25 for and thy tacked on another 60. When we asked why we weren’t informed of extra charges and where the 60 came from the lady gave us the run around saying we had to pay for a pedicure when we already paid for it then proceeded to tell us we were stupid if we couldn’t understand extra charges. Needless to say I would not recommend Salon J to anyone and in the end the manicure and pedicure looked terrible and she is getting them redone somewhere else tomorrow.

5 stars! There are few times that I am impressed with a pedi enough to write a review, but this was great! I got the hot rock pedi, and say back in my spa chair enjoying the beautiful island scenery painted on the walls while my legs were massages with oil and hot rocks. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, she was able to make my short toenails look cute by matching their colors and design with the colors and design on my finger nails… That I had done in Kansas! Good eye for color, great quality, and good service! The nail techs are professional, experienced, and know how to treat you!
