Red Rock Roasters is a family business based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 1993 in our family’s converted barn, we seek to provide the freshest and best specialty coffee and select allied products to all our customers.

We roast only the highest-​quality green coffees: we offer single origins, including exciting estate/​finca coffees, as well as several signature blends to fit any palate. Many Organic and Fair Trade options, as well as piñon-​flavored coffee. We also participate in the Café Femenino project, and this year are offering three types of Café Femenino coffees. Try our piñon coffee!

Red Rock Roasters is a wholesale roaster open to the public.

Established in 1993.

Began as a home business in our converted barn in Corrales. We’ve been roasting at our current location since 2000.

Very sweet! Excellent coffee! My boyfriend and I just stopped in, hoping to grab a good drip on our way to skiing from the airport. We thought they had a café so we went in. We bought some whole beans of their most popular coffee and they so kindly poured us two drips for the road. Everyone was very kind and we love our coffee! Can’t wait to grind it when we go home.

Stop thinking about it and just buy some already!
I found Red Rock brand several years ago while grabbing a coffee and bagel from a local bagel shop. Their ‘Black Magic’ roast is so unbelievably out of this world, I’ve been hooked ever since.
You can drop in to pick up a pound of their delicious coffee, or order online in larger quantities. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and always willing to show you around the tasting room.
To sum it up: Great local company, Wonderful fresh roasted aromas, Best damn coffee around!

I saw Red Rock Roasters while at work driving by. Shortly after I took my wife and we purchased a variety of 1 pound coffee beans. We tried every single one and loved them all. Some of the ones we tried are Piñon and Pecan. After we ran out we purchased a 5 pound bag of the Piñon. This is BY FAR, the freshest, best tasting coffee we have ever had. This does not compare to the beans/​grounds you can buy at the coffee shops or the store, the Red Rock beans are on a different level. I would strongly recommend that you give them a try, you will never buy your coffee from a store or coffee shop again! And if you can, purchase an inexpensive grinder and buy the «whole bean» and grind the coffee fresh just before brewing but of course they can grind it for you if you prefer! The staff is also extremely knowledgeable and can find a coffee that is perfect for you! Their coffee IQ is off the charts!
