I just read the review by Erika V. and wanted to say they did the same thing to me. My doctor was concerned I had an ovarian cyst and told me to make an appointment with the GYN clinic. They didn’t have any appointments for over a month! I explained that I was in pain and I got the same response as Erika — if you’re in pain go to the emergency room or urgent care. Evidentally the OB/​GYN docs only see you if it is a routine exam. If you have any issues, too bad! What really upset me the most was the uncaring attitude. If I could go elsewhere I would. I’m not a big fan of pres health care.

Obviously, my tune has changed with this place. I’ve been rescheduled TWO MONTHS in a row. Either someone is unavailable, my assigned Doc had left early… blah blah blah. The real kicker was when I went to my appointment on Friday… I WAS RESCHEDULED YET AGAIN! Without getting any sort of phone call to let me know! To get there takes FOREVER because ABQ traffic is fantastic, I get to the check in counter to be informed about my appointment getting moved to a time and day that is something I *definitely* didn’t schedule because of my work. Then they tell me «Well, if it’s an emergency, go to the ER», shrug their shoulders and roll on with their paperwork. Really? REALLY. HORRIBLE patient care and I’m making it a point to file a complaint through this branch location.
