Pop-A-Lock

I dropped by Pop-​A-​Lock during my lunch hour to have a key made. It was ready in minutes for an extremely reasonable price. I will be back in the future.

I broke my key in the lock the my door at home, and after trying everything I decided to call someone. I spoke with an extremely nice lady and she sent someone out to me right away. Antonio came out and got the key out of my lock, made me a new key and greased up my lock in under 30 minutes! He was so quick and so nice and it was all at a very reasonable price, given that I’m a college student haha. I will for sure call them if I ever need any lock help again, and definitely request Antonio if available :)

Antonio with Pop-​a-​lock did a great job on rekeying my older home! The price was very reasonable and he did a wonderful job, even doing his best to fix a lock that was about to go bad. In order to receive a quote you count each place were a key is inserted, including door knobs (front and back). My older home had many locks and because it was a big job, Antonio made a few extra keys for me. He was great with communication and assured me that the company stands behind its work. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

I called Pop-​A-​Lock to help with my locked truck. I was called out on an urgent dog Rescue and my key was broken. I was frantic as it was such a time sensitive case. I spoke with Kathy and she let me know when someone would come out to help me.
She came out to help me herself. She had me up and going in minutes. In short, we were able to save two wonderful dogs from a near death situation.

Antonio came out to program a key for my vehicle and he did an amazing job. He was courteous and professional and I will definitely call pop a lock again for any locksmith issues. I would recommend Antonio to anyone!

Spoke with Greg and he was very helpful and professional. Gave me a fair quote and we setup an appointment and my sons vehicle. Antonio called 10 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way a met up promptly at 9:30. Within less than 30 minutes he had relayed the ignition and my son was on the road. Forgot to post this review from months ago! Awesome service! Lost the key to the club for my car; within 15 minutes Kathy had someone out here to help me. Very professional and friendly, good attitude. Nice friendly business. Would definitely recommend if you’ve lost your keys, got locked out, etc.

Antonio was seriously a life savor. He was early, quick, and super nice. I lost the key to my car and needed a brand new one. It took him only 30 minutes to make me one and everything went great. I really appreciate everything!

I got locked out of my car. Like running out of gas, that makes me feel like a dope because I should know better. This company is so sweet and helpful. I didn’t feel like such a big dope.

Yet again, I pull a dumb-​blonde stunt and locked my car with my keys sitting on my seat. I called ²⁴⁄₇ first (I’m also very forgetful and could not remember that I used Pop A Lock before) and I was told that the cost would be «about» $ 50.00. So this big guy shows up in a scary little white van and tells me the cost is now $ 91.00. I am PISSED but I still willing to pay the guy, then he comes back and asks me if I am in a hurry, because he forgot his tools!!! How in the HELL do you forget your tools??? I told him to get the hell out of my parking lot. I then called Pop A Lock, spoke with Kathy (sp?) and she sent Travis to me. He was sweet, friendly, professional, and charged EXACTLY what Kathy told me they would charge! Hands down this is THE LOCK COMPANY to call when you are in a jam :-)

I needed to have my house rekeyed after my keys were stolen. I called Pop-​A-​Lock in the morning, and they had somebody available within two hours, which was actually faster than I needed since I wasn’t home yet. They worked with my schedule, and ended up coming over at 5:30. Steve was very courteous and nice to talk to. He worked fast and efficiently, rekeying 7 locks for me in less than an hour and a half. The whole bill was $ 128 with tax, which I consider to be a very reasonable price for the quality of service provided and how fast they were able to help me out. I would definitely use them again!

Recently our child locked himself in the car and of course he did not know how to unlock it. We called Pop A Lock and they sent Steve out to us and with in five minutes, Steve was at our place. He was very professional and kind. He unlocked the car in seconds and even our child was happy. On top of that, they do not charge when a child is involved. What a great company! Steve was great! Thanks Steve!!!

I work for a local business, and, upon finding out that my locks would not work at closing, I searched Google for a 24-​hour locksmith. Pop-​A-​Lock was the first business listed, so I didn’t waste any time looking elsewhere. I spoke to a pleasant woman on the phone who understood my problem and promised that a specialist would be calling me back to give me an ETA.
Antonio called shortly after and let me know he was about 25 minutes away, but that a man named Greg would be at my location within 10 minutes. Sure enough, Greg arrived promptly and began to work on the problem. When Antonio joined us, he and Greg worked quickly and efficiently. Although they didn’t have the parts to completely repair the lock (it’s a specialized industrial lock for my storefront doors), they were able to secure it for the night… so I could go home and have some peace of mind!
The next morning, another worker, Travis, showed up (along with Antonio and another worker) to finish the job and they could not have done a better job.
Basically, I am beyond pleased with this company for its outstanding customer service, professionalism, and efficiency. With personable employees who are ready and willing to assist you any and everywhere within the Albuquerque area, available 24 hours a day, I cannot picture using anyone besides Pop-​A-​Lock.
