Our thick Chicago-style dough is made fresh daily to insure a crust that is
crispy on the bottom, and light and flaky on top. We also offer thin crust,
as well as Gluten-Free crust.
Among our list of hot sandwiches, we feature authentic Chicago-style Beef,
complete with sautéed bell peppers & au jus, and topped with Giardiniera.
History
Established in 2008.
Pizza 9 first opened its doors on Gibson Blvd. in October of ’08.
By the Winter of 2012, it had added over a dozen locations
throughout the Albuquerque and central New Mexico areas.
Meet the Business Owner
Hasan A.
Business Owner
Hasan started operating a pizza restaurant in 1986 outside Chicago.
He became incorporated and sold over 50 successful franchises,
primarily in Illinois, but also in Indiana, Wisconsin, Arizona,
and Pennsylvania, as well as in several foreign countries.
His idea was that in addition to a consistently high quality product,
the key to success was to make each store an integral part of
the local community. And, based on customer response
and rate of growth, it’s clear this formula has worked.
