Pizza 9

Tired after a long day’s drive we checked in to our hotel and looked for a place to order pizza. We found PizzaNine and the reviews were good so we tried it. We are so glad we did– it was delicious!!! We had the pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushroom, olives, and green pepper small pizza and it was plenty for both of us. The price was more than fair. We also got the cinnamon dessert thing and it was delicious too! We were just passing through, but if we ever come back this way again, we’ll definitely go again!

I love their ravioli in alfredo sauce with Italian sausage. One time I ordered 2 orders of it and the sausage looked like it had been torn apart by fingers. I called the store and a girl admitted that was what happened. Usually it is cut with a knife. Duh, it’s a restaurant, you have knives. So I was grossed out and had them pick it up (it was delivery) and got a full refund. The manager also sent me 2 gift certificates.
Very recently, I ordered the ravioli again plus a salad. I picked it up at the drive-​thru. Got home, no salad. So I had them deliver the salad. No bleu cheese dressing as requested. Called again, driver brought me buttermilk ranch. Called again, the manager apologized and is sending me another gift certificate.
The salad consisted of mostly very large pieces of romaine, some 2“x3−4″ and lots of stalk. I had recent arm surgery so can’t cut anything with a knife… I have to eat one handed with my non-​dominant arm. So I removed the stalks and tore up the leaves. I got 2 cherry tomatoes, one slice of cucumber, 2 baby carrots, half a hard boiled egg, 2 slices of red onion and one thin green pepper ring. Also some type of grated cheese. I passed on the croutons. No bleu cheese dressing… aargh! Good size for the half salad if you want to eat a bunch of romaine. It’s supposed to be a garden salad and what I received didn’t even look like photo.
If they could just get their orders right…

I ordered online for delivery at 1050pm (10 min before they close) on a Sunday, after the Super Bowl game. My order arrived ahead of schedule, fully cooked and tasting great. Driver was friendly and courteous. I ordered the Deluxe Pizza and Garlic Bread. This is my second time ordering and both experiences have been great.

Don’t ever order from these clowns! Unless you just want to sit on hold and then get hung up on.
Here’s a hint for you: pick up the phone when it rings, take the order, deliver it.

So I have ordered here a few times. I called tonight to order my usual, and the lady, I believe Ashley, was very rude and condescending! I will never order from here again! Which is not good since I was a repeat customer. Just that one person made it a bad experience. I ended up hanging up the phone and not ordering anything!

Good pizza and one of the only places in this area of town that delivers! They also offer thin crust and do it well.

Very disappointed in the food. Cheesecake was obviously purchased elsewhere… Sam’s Club maybe? Tiramisu tasted packaged with very little flavor. Pizza was okay, but just okay. The Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwich was close to inedible. The whole sandwich was dry, dry, dry. Giardiniera was promised, but didn’t make it to the house. We won’t be doing the «9» again.

First time going there and I had a takeout of BBQ chicken pizza & cheese pizza. Even thought carb congruous mind may frown at «deep dish» Chicago style pizza, you can’t deny me not t being able to stop from eating more than a half of medium cheese pizza in one setting. When a simple cheese pizza is that good, the rest must be great! My hubby gobbled up the entire BBQ chicken so I can’t even comment on it. The restaurant is pretty much set up like a fast food restaurant so I wouldn’t go there to dine out but I would rather have their pizzas than other national «chain» places closer to where we live.
Glad I checked it out. oh and I saw Drive Through as well. AWESOME! That’s great for this busy mama

Okay I was weiry about ordering, based on the mixed reviews but I gave it a shot. Ordered the Chiago Calzone, make sure to be hungry as this Calzone is huge! I liked that it is not greasy, I like that you have the option a of marinara or French onion sauces, nice and generous beef stuffing and cheese, I wish it would have had more onions, the Calzone bread is a bit too much, and found myself tearing the unstuffed portions off. Better than average I would guess, nothing out of this world. Delivery was quick to the hotel I was staying, and ordering online was a breeze.

Delivery to local hotel. Ordering online was easy, delivery was quick. I ordered a thin crust medium pizza with mushrooms and green chiles. It arrived hot and perfectly cooked. Crust is nice and crispy. The small house salad is pretty big and has a generous portion of dressing. The raspberry tea is delish, nice & sweet. I’m very satisfied.

Pizza 9 pizza is so delicious! I would recommend anyone to try it. Their cheese pizza and crust is perfect

I am so sorry that I have to post this. But I was totally disappointed with pizza 9 on Gibson. These photos one is pepperoni and cheese the other one is extra cheese, pepperoni, mushroom and green chilli. Do you see any of these ingredients on any of them? There are a few mushrooms here and there, been to Chicago and this is by no means a Chicago style pizza! I was not pleased with it when I first got them. I did say something but the manager and the employees did nothing about it they gave me a look like they did not care, about an unsatisfied customer. Was not happy with the service and definitely was not happy with the pizza! We had leftover pizza this morning we never have leftover pizza from pizza 9, we never have leftover pizza from pizza 9…

I was staying in town on business and decided to give Pizza 9 a try.
The whole experience was a bit disappointing.
I ordered the Wednesday special which was a large pie and order of bread sticks.
The bread sticks were not delivered with my order, the pizza was not a true Chicago style, and the pizza had the same texture, look and taste of a Pizza Hut pan pizza.
I was hoping to have a unique experience from a local pizzeria and not a national chain, but that did not happen.
I will not be ordering from them again.

I like this place. The menu has a lot of options. I like the calzones. The pizza is good too. They have a pizza eating contest every now and then too. It’s a typical pizza joint, but it’s good. I’d go back.

My order took an hour and a half to arrive today, was overcooked again, I called the store twice and they said it wasn’t their problem they were busy. I’m done with this place.

Decent pizza for a fast food joint I mean what can You expect from a place with a drive thru? Is it gourmet? No but it hits the spot and in my opinion is better then pizza hut. We would come here again for a quick drive thru fast food option.

This place just tasted like Pizza Hut. It was ok but definitely nothing special. Personally I like to taste the toppings and the sauce and not the bread as much. There was a lot of bread tasting in this one, which isn’t my favorite. The crust really tasted like a deep dish pizza hut pizza, which if you like Pizza Hut you are golden. I am not fan and thus you see the rating of this place.

Good pizza and wings! Delivery was a little slow, but I honestly didn’t even know until the driver told me. They gave me free dessert for running late. I would get food here again.

The hot wings were wonderful but as for the pizza, it’s FAR from being, «Deep Dish Chicago Style.» It was still a decent pizza with SUPER fresh veggie toppings but the pizza was more like a Pizza Hut Pan Pizza. The pizza was relatively dry & with a greasy, but still crispy, crust. But if you get side orders of their Marinara dipping sauce (we didn’t try it) it might moisten this pizza up a bit. As for the staff at the Gibson location in Albuquerque, they all appeared somewhat apathetic. Not mean or rude, just detached. Anyway, it was still a good pizza & the wings rocked & quite possibly the best I’ve eaten. (the ranch dip sucked but the wings didn’t need it anyway) Lastly, the prices were pretty fair there & cheaper than most pizza chains. Pizza 9 also puts out some generous online coupons.
