I booked a spa day here from groupon four months in advance and the day I show up, the place is packed up and gone like it never existed. No warning or anything about them going under or whatever happened. I think that’s super unprofessional to not let a paying customer know that they aren’t around anymore.

Massages at Picaflor are amazing! I have been going for over two years now. I have also gotten some of the spa packages, and all I can say is go ahead spoil yourself. I happen to see them on a Groupon just once, and believe me, I have looked no further. Great facility and staff Shana is a personal favorite due to the deep massage. I am now good for a month, and in the past I needed massage once a week because the issues weren’t all addressed. Thank you Picaflor it’s an absolute treat to come and relax with you.

I received a Groupon voucher for a massage and mini-​manicure as a gift. After reading several negative reviews, I was not looking forward to contacting them to set it up. How wrong I was! I called and had no trouble scheduling my services. The massage I had with Jennifer was probably the best I’ve ever had. The manicure was basic, but just fine. Overall, I had a great experience and I intend to go back again. I highly recommend Jennifer for a great massage.

I got a Living Social deal to Picaflor Day Spa for a hot stone massage and facial. I was concerned after reading several bad reviews, but I had wonderful service! The spa was pretty easy to find, and the interior and treatment rooms were cute and clean. I had the massage with Daniel and the facial with Ashley, who were both very nice and each service was fantastic! I felt very pampered during my visit. I took one star away for booking issues… I had to leave 3 messages before anyone called me back, and my appointment was rescheduled a few times, but everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous and kind. I would definitely go back!
