Mmm tried this food truck at tractor brewery one night. They have a good selection of food, however most of the items have Chile, but that’s not a complaint what so ever! We New Mexicans appreciate putting Chile on everything. But I know there are some that don’t care for it or out of towners that don’t see food like us, so more options without Chile might be beneficial, but I’m sure all you have to do is ask no Chile and they will accommodate your request. I had both red and green Chile and they were both very delicious, I agree with other reviews about their red Chile being nothing short of amazing. Good prices, most items were about $ 7 a plate but good portion sizes. Items served very hot so let it cool down a minute so you don’t burn your mouth like I did

We’ve eaten here twice now. The red chile cheese burger is awesome. My friend preferred her green chile cheese fries melted. The cheese was just placed on top. They were a bit overwhelmed so service was slow. A few bugs to work out but great food.

Not a thing on the menu I don’t love. The pulled pork is choice and the frito pie is an amazing quick food that has a home made red chile sauce. I’ve had just about everything you could have on the menu and I love it all. The pork butt is cooked so slow and is tender and moist!
