Shop and Staff The inside of the shop looked very clean as expected due to it only being a cell phone retailer. Once I walked in I was not greeted, but instead I waited a few minutes before someone came from the back of the store and asked«how can I help you». I saw that he was with two other staff members which they all were eating lunch. The young man helped me with getting phone service and was very professional. A month after having the service. I noticed a few things he did wrong if it be intentional or inexperienced. I found out I was given the wrong number at the time of setting up my contract. I sent a few friends my new number via text message as well as written down my phone number to a few friends and my employer. I was also given a security code for my account online that I had no clue I had setup. Again the young man at MetroPcs did this part for me while not informing me of this. I was able to get it all figured out eventually, but as you can see I ended up with a few upsetting and stressful situations I had to fix myself. In my opinion I would not go to this store to setup phone service due to the ultimately unprofessional service I received. The store that helped me figure out all the problems with my phone is located Coors and I40 next to the Wendy’s. I do enjoy the phone service. I’ve never had a dropped call or missed text message. I have the Samsung S5 and it works great with MetroPcs. I pay the $ 60 dollars a month for unlimited text, data, and minutes. This is the only reason I am still paying for the service.
